1989 20th Anniversary Trans Am Turbo Indy Pace Car. This is #970 of only 1555 produced. This car has been restored completely and is very nice. Car has 2 previous owners. It is a rare car with restoration of everything completed within the last 8 months. Car has less than 2000 miles on it since restoration. Here is the breakdown:Engine & Transmission - Both completely and professionally rebuilt. The engine was balanced and blueprinted by local machine shop and engine builder specializing in turbo GMs of this era. Camshaft was replaced with a custom grind. billet roller and lifter set with matching valve springs. timing chain and button. Heads and block are numbers matching to the car. as is the intake and exhaust manifolds. 1970 Pontiac Trans Am (Lucerne Blue Code 26) Frame off Restored from a 100% Rust free Southern car. Car has all of its original components including Ram Air 111 Pontiac 400 block, Heads, Carburetor, Distributor, Shaker scoop, Alternator, Starter, TH 400 Transmission, 3.55 12 Bolt Rear Axle, horns, heater blower motor, wheels, jack, etc. all original to car. Car was recently disassembled and stripped to bare metal. Then painted with it's original type Lucite Lacquer paint to "show quality". I have original documentation including a rare Protecto Plate. PHS docs. The car is absolutely beautiful and the last owner owned for 17 years I purchased it from. Also, once owned by the editor of Pontiac High Performance magazine.

I have a classic 1979 Trans Am for sale. It is Nocturne Blue with Gold decals package and the interior is Camel color.Pros:-Gold decal package-Vinyl seats and doors instead of fabric-T- Tops (with T- Top covers)- Electric choke-Headers-New interior- Magniflow exhaust-posi traction-rear swaybar-54k original miles- No leaks- turn key start- new aluminum radiator- Largest engine option available-Transmission shifts well- all fluids changed recently-garage kept-west coast carCons-Air conditioning is not working. (10% of 79 TA\'s did not even come with AC.) I think it might be the AC compressor. There are no leaks in the lines and it is not holding freeon. I have not taken the time to investigate further.-Not all of the gauges are working in the gauge cluster.
