I have been around Triumph TR7's since they were new. My first car was a TR7 and for many years I owned a 1980 TRIUMPH TR7 SPIDER that was the VTR national champion - thus I am well versed in these cars. The later cars, particularily the convertibles are the better cars. BETTER BUILT, BETTER RELIABILITY, AND BETTER VALUE. The car offered here is one of the last TRIUMPH TRs built being a 1981 model. The 1981 cars had the rare bosch fuel injection which provided excellent fuel economy and performance. The later cars also had a nicer interior of blue or tan suede as opposed to the "tacky" tartan plaid offerings of the earlier cars. A quick walk around this particular car shows it to be a good solid example. The car was nicely repainted some years ago in its original "silver leaf" metalic color - a color only offered on the last cars built. There is no evidence of any major accidents/damage in the cars past. All panel gaps are correct. The doors, bonnet, and trunk open & close smoothly. Everything works as it should. The "pop-up" headlamps perform properly. The interior is in nice condition for its age despite typical wear and tear. The carpets have been replaced within the last few years to keep things looking tidy and fresh. No noticeable cracks or broken plastic pieces. The convertible top works as it should and still has a few good years of service left. Mechanically the car has been upkept with newer gaskets and seals, overhauls as needed, and regular maintenance to keep it mechanically 100%. The 2.0 liter overhead cam 4-cylinder engine starts at the turn of the key and runs flawlessly. The clutch operates effortlessly as the 5-speed manual transmission shifts smoothly through all of the gears. If you have been looking for an honest Triumph TR7 convertible, then this may be the right car for you. The boot cover for when the top is down and a car cover are in the trunk. I just noticed the hood was popped open when I took the photos. Call 908-788-1982 for further details or check us out at jagshop.com

Triumph GT6 1973 very good full restoration candidate. Engine runs well. Gas tank has been dipped and sealed. Foot wells need repair. Passenger side sills need repair or replacement. Drivers side sill pretty decent with small rust holes. Trunk floor good with no rust through. Rear valence has some rust. These parts are available pretty inexpensively. Top part of car, engine compartment and frame in good shape. Some surface rust on car. Glass original and in good shape and mostly complete. Have interior panels in decent shape. Car does need full restoration but very doable. Good NJ title. These cars appear to be going up in value and becoming more collectable due to rarity.

Up for sale is a 1970 Triumph Spitfire. This is the very last year of the early Spitfires. The early spitfires were virtually the same in appearance from their inception through 1970, so the car looks like the first model produced around 1963-1964, except for the front bumper and valence. After this year, and perhaps towards the end of 1970, the later style Spitfire was produced. This car has a 1300 engine, and currently has a 327 differential installed, which came from a GT6. This makes overdrive completely unnecessary as you can cruise at highway speeds of 70 mph at around 3900 rpms. Just don’t think you can spin your tires when starting up. If spinning your tires is important and not higher speeds with low rpms, then simply replace the 327 differential with the 411 or 389 differentials which come along with the car sale. It takes me about ½ day to swap a differential in a spitfire. The engine was refurbished with new rings and bearings, engine completely dissembled and honed. Engine compression is around 170 in all cylinders. Oil pressure is excellent. Both compression and oil pressure can be viewed prior to purchase. Transmission works very well also. Car has good brakes with all new brakes lines, new radiator, new generator, good starter motor, good fuel pump, good tires, a lot of new front end and rear end parts, and many other favorable drive train attributes. The car has NO RUST. This can be verified by examination. Also, by examination, you can determine that the car has not been in an accident. As a matter of fact, I would place a bet with someone that I could drive it to Jacksonville, Florida and back within four days. Would be willing to bet $4,000, so if anyone wants to make that bet, let me know. That said, the car can more than obviously be driven home. If the car was painted and some new interior parts replaced, this car would be fantastic. It does has some issues though. The speedo gauge doesn’t tell the exact mileage due to the differential swap. Also, the high beams don’t work. There are things like that that need to be addressed. I will be adding more pictures soon. This is a good car for further restoration considering no prior accidents, no rust, and drivetrain is in good order. Or just drive it now and have fun. An extra front windshield also comes with the car. I also have a factory original hardtop which I am selling separately. The hardtop has the original glass and has all new rubber seals. The hardtop has no rust and is painted black. However, it doesn’t have the ceiling cloth headliner.

I am selling my 1947 Triumph 1800 (Razeredge) Saloon. It is referred to as a razer edge because of the sharp body lines. The car was actually registered as a Rolls Royce. I understand the body maker, Mulliner may have ties to RR. It now has a correct clear New Jersey title. The car was previously fitted with a TR4 motor and 4 speed transmission. I also have a clean TR4 gas tank. I removed many of the body parts to expose the frame. I have all the instruments, chrome head lights, parking lights, bumpers, and interior hardware. The frame and other chassis parts were professionally sand blasted and then painted with black Rustoleum. Some of the sub frame wood is bad and needs to be replaced or repaired. The interior was removed and the front and back seats professionally re-upholstered in burgundy to match the original. The car, as I purchased it, was two tone silver/gay with black fenders. One fender has a small dent and one place on the body was filled in. I was planning to repaint the same colors. I also envisioned making a more modern classic, utilizing the existing tubular frame and reverse left spring axle, like many hot rods; then souping up the existing TR4 motor and painting the body red with black fenders. Or you can swap out the motor and trans for the original. There are active clubs like the Razeredge club in England or the US based website, The Triumph Experience, to help with the restoration and parts. The car can also be used for parts. According to The Razeredge Club, there are only a few hundred of these cars left in the world. Up for sale is a 1980 Triumph TR7 convertible . this is a running and driving car . car is complete . Car was inherited by the last owner from his father . He took the car's interior apart and some of the trim off in a effort to start a restoration . he purchased some new parts from various restoration houses and these are included in with the car and I have tried to depict them in photos along with any loose items . The last owner had done some suspension and fuel system up grades including struts and performance springs , a new steeting rack and a WEBER DGV Conversion Kit for the carbs and intake . A performance header was also added. There are 4 new tires on the car but they are several years old with no millage on them. Right now the car starts and drives but needs the following items to be road-able first and formost is a gas tank from sitting years (1997 to present) the tank has rotted out and is completely un-salvageable . I got the rest of the fuel system up and running with some new parts and lines including a electric fuel pump to replace the unavailable and unreliable original . the car is supplied fuel from a can in the trunk. Second the car needs a cooling fan clutch ,this is the part that allows the fan to free wheel when the motor is cool , the bearing is noisy there is no need to replace the whole fan assembly because the bearing is available for a few dollars online. to shorten this up here is a list of things that don't work the right headlamp motor diodes are bad , some of the small lights , there is no radio and the heater control needs attention. The body is very good over all , there are some dents and small area of rust on the lower front wheel arch of the front fender please see pictures . floors and frame are rust free. so is the trunk floor. I realize theses cars are not worth a lot of money so I am willing to be reasonable on the price . thank you for looking!

Up for your bidding pleasure is my 1980 Triumph TR7 Spider. I took on this project as a car to tinker and have fun with, however there is still an extensive amount of work needed on my TR6 and P1800 and as I have started the restoration process with the TR7, it truly will be months or a couple of years before I will get this car on the road, so it's best for me to pass it on to another fan of the Triumph TR7. The car has a rough exterior with surface rust, but it is solid in the rockers and floorboards. The car appears to be complete except for missing the radio. There are two convertible tops and both are torn. The things I have done to the car to date: cleaned inside and out, repaired one tire and mounted to rim, removed the spark plugs and air filter. I have not tried to turn the engine over at this point. I was told by the previous owner and his son that the car would run. I am not an expert on the TR7 but was informed by a club member that it does not have the original Spider steering wheel. The VIN number with the AA in the middle indicates that the car is a Spider, but the previous owner must have removed the red pinstripping and emblems. The car currently has three 205-60-13 tires and one 185-70-13 on it, but all tires will need to be upgraded to be road worthy. The mileage on the Title states 75,000. The odometer is at 44, 719. I have worked hard to maintain a good reputation on eBay and I present this car, as I have with other cars I have sold, with full disclosure and honesty. The car is sold as-is without any warranty. If you are local, and want to visit to inspect the car, you can, but only if you are truly interested, you keep your appointment and prior to the end of auction. Payment will be received by bank check only. No PayPal, no cash. When the check clears, then you can make arrangements for pickup. The car rolls freely and I will assist with the pickup of the vehicle. The reserve will be kept private, but it is less than what I have into it, and my motivation is not to profit, but to pass this onto someone who has the time and funds to improve the car. Thanks for bidding and good luck. Please email with questions and I will answer as promptly as possible.

This is the one that you have been waiting for....and at the right price. The Triumph TR6 is one of the most undervalued British Classic Roadsters. I especially like this model year as it does not have the unsightly "battering ram" bumpers. The rear luggage rack also provides a super nice finish to the rear of the vehicle and this roadster also has OEM Michelin "redline" tubed tires. I purchased this vehicle from my father in August 1987. He had purchased the vehicle as a demo in August 1973. Therefore, this beauty has been in our family for over 42 years. This car has been lovingly cared for and restored as needed. It's in excellent shape having been restored and gently used only on weekends during the warmer months. The car even has the Michelin Redline tires which were original equipment when the car was manufactured. Cosmetics: Very Good paint job with a few imperfections, but it still shines like it was just off of the showroom floor. Rare Sapphire Blue with Shadow Blue interior make this a real head turner. Not a day went by that people did not stop me and comment what a beautiful car. Pictures reveal a restored interior that remains in great shape where all of the gauges work and there are no cracks in the black foam top and lower crash rails. Seats, panels, wood dash, etc all in very good condition as the photographs confirm. Mechanicals: Runs great, has excellent oil pressure and does not smoke. Engine head and valves were rebuilt not that long ago (mileage wise). Transmission and clutch are in great shape. Brakes have been redone and the dual carbs have also been rebuilt and work great. The radiator has been re-cored, the battery is a newer model and trickle charged during the winter months and the fuel pump is also new. Engine head and valves have also bee replaced within the past 2 years. Engine bay has been detailed and is very presentable. All in all this is a very nice TR6 in one of the best and rarest color combinations. Although the convertible top is included, it is in fair condition. For additional information feel free to email me and I would be happy to answer all serious questions. Terms: $2,000 deposit must be paid within 2 days of auction close and payment in full due within 6 days. Sold "as is" with no guarantees of course...after all, the car is over 40 years old! I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO END THE AUCTION AT ANYTIME as car is also for sale locally and will be sold to the highest bidder. Buyer is responsible for all taxes, title and registration fees.

She is not a trailer queen but a very nice driver. I have had multiple British sports cars in one state of disrepair or another since I was 16. This TR I have had for 8 years and done most of the work to it myself. Moving on to other projects and do not have room for her anymore. It is equipped with the Triumph continuous undercarriage anti corrosion system.(Front seal on transmission leaks a bit.). If a British car isn't leaking oil it's out of oil. There are a few nicks here and there, it is a driver. Mileage is since it was rebuilt. 70 on chassis.
