I purchased this car with roughly 65k miles on it. The original owner had extensive engine work done at Metric Subaru, Long Island New York. I've driven mostly highway miles (commute from east of Cleveland to Lansing MI 2x per week). Car would make a great parts car for someone who already owns a WRX, or for someone who could do the engine work. I've seriously considered replacing the engine and keeping the car, because when it runs right, it outperforms cars worth 100X its value. the good: many aftermarket upgrades, including high performance shocks/struts (manually adjust tension and ride height), STi turbo, hyperflow intercooler, ecutek stage III tune the bad: 215k miles minor body damage "check engine" light is on, one cylinder is not holding compression Car still drives well,but rough idle, and sluggish acceleration if you push the gas pedal down much more than half way.
