Runs and drives; great car in snow! Very good tires--rear ones only have about 3000 miles on them. But has issues: 1) Driver side front CV axle boot is torn, so needs replacing.2) Cam Seals (bad oil leak....this is all the work of changing the timing belt plus a bit more. This is the type of leak that occurs while running but not while stopped, but oil that leaks while running still drips down onto the driveway.)3) Front calipers don't slide on the pins properly (replacing brackets would be very helpful, I think)4) Gas filler pipe rusted enough to drip some while filling tank, and causes Check Engine light to be on. Code P0440. 5) Exhaust (muffler has holes and everything behind it is gone)6) key doesn't work in driver door lock or the rear hatch. This may be an easy fix, but I rarely lock it any more so I haven't bothered with it.7) hood is damaged and is a pain to open sometimes8) bad rust at bottom of driver door9) rust behind rear driver side door10) rear door glass wiper doesn't work11) grill is totally broken off, but will stay there with the hood down12) cup holders don't move in and out very well.13) Sometimes I have to try multiple times to get the rear hatch to unlock with the power lock. 14) Interior trim on hatch is loose. Please ask questions BEFORE bidding! Being an honest seller doesn't mean I didn't forget something. This car has lots of issues, so I wouldn't recommend buying it unless you have the ability to fix a lot of it yourself. It would become very expensive to pay a shop to do all this.

I am selling my 1999 Subaru Legacy. This is actually the 30th Anniversary Special Edition of the Legacy which means it was fully loaded with features and has the same motor as the WRX (EJ25). The notable Features include: Power Windows Power Locks Heated Mirrors Heated Seats Cruise Control ABS Brakes Fog Lamps Rear Spoiler Custom Stereo System 6000w amp powering 4x full range speakers and 2 tweeters 3000w amp powering a 10in subwoofer 6.2in Touchscreen head unit I am a bit of a neat freak and really try to take excellent care of everything I own, including this car. I have regularly kept up on maintenance and tried to keep this car very clean. Being an older car, it does show some wear and does have quite a few miles. However, being a Subaru, it has coped very well and is in very good shape and runs very well. The car has never been in an accident and has had all fluids regularly checked and changed. The oil was last changed about 1500 miles ago. The engine does leak some oil, but very slowly. But I recommend checking the oil regularly and using one quart of Lucas Oil on every change. The car also does have some rust (it has been in Ohio for a while), but overall is mostly rust free. The car was repainted two years ago to Rally Blue. It also has newer tires (less than 1 year old, ~4000 miles), and newer brakes (Ceramic pads and zinc coated rotors). The car has ~236,000 miles. I am the second owner and have driven it for the last ~80,000 miles I am selling it because I got an excellent deal on a newer car from a close friend and needed the ability to haul a trailer. All wheel drive-goes through the snow like a tank! I get somewhere in the upper 20's(25-28) miles per gallon with it. I love the car, but I have 2 young kids and we just bought a new Outback. The Impreza hatchback is incredibly roomy and you'll be amazed by the amount of stuff you can fit in it with the seats down! These pictures are current-taken the end of November 2016.
