This auction is for my award winning 2005 Pontiac GTO. This car placed first place at the 2015 GM Nationals in Carlisle, PA for 2005-2006 Stock GTO. This car is extremely low miles, and has been well cared for. I am the third owner. I purchased this car out of a private collection. The previous owner upgraded the exhaust to a header/catback exhaust, professional window tint, BMR skid plate, and K&N intake. This car does have cats and is emissions legal and passed PA emissions in March 2015.Also the first owner was rear ended right after they purchased this car in 2005, and the car fax indicates this. The car was professionally repaired and you cannot tell it was rear ended. The title is clean and in hand. As the third owner, I fixed the popped strut mounts and sagging rear springs. The coil springs were replaced with zero drop (stock ride height) Lovells springs, KYB struts, and Poly Tuff Strut Mounts. This is a popular setup to fix the suspension and the car rides excellent. This was done at 14k miles, so there are approx. 4k miles on the suspension. I had the car professionally aligned after. I replaced the original tires with Sumitomo Z rated tires that also have 4K miles on them. Plenty of tread left. I installed a HURST short stick white ball shifter that bolts to the OEM shifter. This provides much easier shifting and is more comfortable than the stock shifter. The stocker is included with sale.I installed a Russell braided fuel rail line which is a common upgrade as the OEM plastic line is known to rub and leak and cause engine fires. I replaced the transmission fluid at 7000 miles last year. I replaced the rear diff fluid at 13K miles this year with Torco and F-type limited slip additive. I have an additional bottle of additive included with sale. This GTO has the rare factory SAP grills. This GTO has never seen snow and only light rain. This GTO has the rare Quick Silver Metallic paint with torch red leather interior. The leather in this car looks new with no rips, tears, or stains. The original airbox is included with sale. Covercraft car cover is included with sale. This car does have two small rock chips on the roof from a rock kicked up by a truck in front of me. This can be easily repaired. I am including touch up paint. This a special, well cared for car. I've had people literally stop their car in the middle of traffic to stare at my car. It saddens me to sell. Choice of Law, Jurisdiction & Venue - The transaction to which this document relates shall be governed by the substantive laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In the event of any dispute between the parties arising out of this transaction, the parties agree and consent that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for the resolution of such dispute shall be Pennsylvanias Court of Common Pleas, Montgomery County, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. 8. Notices - No notice or other communication is sufficient to affect any rights, remedies or obligations of either party unless the notice or communication is in writing and (as elected by the party giving the notice or communication) is (i) personally delivered, (ii) transmitted by facsimile (with a receipt acknowledgment), (iii) transmitted by electronic computer mail, (iv) transmitted by a recognized courier service or (v) mailed in registered or certified form, to the party to which notice or communication is being given. Car still looks and smells like new. 2 months ago the slave cylinder failed, so I took advantage of the transmission being out and had some upgrades put in:GM LS7 Clutch (using all ARP bolts)Braided Stainless Hydraulic Line (replacing the plastic line)Tick Performance Master CylinderRemote Speed Bleeder line (for quickly flushing new clutch fluid in)MGW Short Throw Shifter I put the LS7 clutch in only in case I was looking to do some engine mods later down the road to handle more horsepower. The original LS2 clutch is perfectly fine, along with the original master cylinder and shifter, and all are included in the sale in case you want to change it back to stock. Engine is completely stock. Previous owner only added a Volant Cold Air Intake and Corsa Performance Exhaust. I do not have original intake or exhaust. The interior is flawless - looks brand new except for rear headrests (has begun to split at one seam - common problem on these GTOs). No one has even sat in the back since I've owned it (since 2,900 miles). Everything functions as it should. Car looks brand new underneath and in the engine bay. Some very light curb rash on wheels from previous owner. It has always been garaged - never in rain. I have babied this car - never abused it or taken it anywhere near its capabilities (don't think I've ever even had it over 4k rpm). Sorry for the crappy cell pics.
