For sale in our Chicago showroom is a 1970 Plymouth Satellite. The Satellite was introduced in 1965 and was the top trim model in the Belvidere line. It%26acirc;??s hard to imagine that this vehicle was actually considered to be a mid-sized car of the time. By 1970 the American public was fashion-forward with bright colors, platform shoes and bell bottoms of course. The style of automobiles was just as modern and somewhat flamboyant. The name Satellite even takes you back in time and evokes that era of the space landing. Madison Avenue was also in full swing and created advertisements for the 1970 Plymouth line that looked more like an advertisement for a concert than a car. The second generation Satellite line was also the base for the Roadrunner and had very nice tidy lines and strong edged roof line that was unlike anything else the %26acirc;??Big 3%26acirc;? had to offer. Attention to detail was not lacking in the interior as you can see by the two-toned vinyl bench seat, 3-spoke steering wheel with horn ring. All options on this car work as they should including the air conditioning. This car started life with a 318 Cubic Inch engine which has been replaced with a strong running 383 that is sure to get your pulse pumping. All of the sheet metal is original to this car and a new battery and alternator were just installed. The tires are a recent replacement as well making this retro Mopar ready for the road. Located in our Chicago showroom this 1970 Plymouth Satellite can be seen including an HD video and pictures at www.gatewayclassiccars.com. Gateway Classic Cars of St. Louis is proud to offer a beautifully restored 1970 Plymouth GTX. This GTX received a complete restoration in 2010 and has only been driven about 6,000 miles since and housed in a climate controlled garage. Coming out of the St. Louis plant, this is a factory 440 CI 4-speed car with \"Fresh Air Hood\" more commonly known as the Air Grabber! The Air Grabber was a vacuum operated hood scoop which could be opened and closed with a switch under the dash. In this case the Air Grabber is complete and fully functional. This car features its original 440 CID V8 which has been nicely upgraded to a Six-Pack set up. The Six-Pack is by far the most desirable setup for the 440; it features 3 2 barrel carburetors. This set up bumped the 440 from 375 HP to a healthy 390 HP. This particular example also features its original 4 speed manual transmission which makes this thing a blast to drive. Putting the power to the ground is an 8 3/4 rear end with Track Pak 3.54 gears. The car is finished in its correct FJ6 Sassy Grass Green with Longitudinal black stripes. With 440 graphics, period correct white letter tires, and hood pins, this car certainly screams 1970s muscle car. This is also a very well documented car and comes with the original broadcast sheet and fender tag. The interior is black vinyl with optional bucket seats. The original AM radio has been rebuilt to include FM stations. This beautiful GTX has been restored properly and to correct specifications. Please feel free to call us to discuss the car in greater detail. To view HD photos and video, visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com. We have a 1969 Plymouth Roadrunnner, original 383c.i. engine that's runs fantastic. this is a real Roadrunner, bench seat column shift car, that has underwent a complete rebuild. Completely rust free, west coast car. Still has Oregon title. Much attention to detail went into this car. some liberties were taken such as the year one 17" magnum 500 wheels, the 2.5" exhaust, and the powdercoated K-member; but for the most part car was left as original as possible. The car runs and drives excellent, the interior has had both seats recovered and the headliner and carpet replaced. All weather stripping was replaced, and the front suspension replaced and aligned. drives great down the highway and sounds incredible with the headers and 2.5" flowmaster exhaust. This is an incredible car, and deserves to be enjoyed

For sale in our Chicago showroom is a vintage Mopar muscle machine, a 1963 Plymouth Sport Fury! This Sport Fury is far from stock and turns heads from blocks away! Looking under the hood you\'ll find a stout 440 CID V8 big block bored .030 over. The engine is backed by a powerful 727 TorqueFlite push button transmission. Both have just under a 1000 miles since rebuild. This car was purchased new on June 12th of 1963 and was sold through Normandin Chrysler in San Jose, CA. The top-level Plymouth vehicle for 1963 was the Fury. These were well equipped vehicles that came with a padded dashboard, back-up lamps and electric clock. They had a distinctive side molding, extra window frame moldings, and a rear deck panel behind the front wheel cutout. The Fury name could be found in block letters on the truck and a rectangular emblem set into the right-hand end of the rear beauty panel. This specific Sport Fury has an engine that is far from stock and will sit you back in your seat. The engine boasts: a 1978 440 block, bored and stroked to a 493 CID, Eagle crankshaft, Eagle H-beam rods, Diamond dished pistons, 10.5:1 compression ratio, INDY 440 aluminum heads, Milodon windage tray, aluminum roller rockers, MSD 7AL ignition system, and TTI coated exhaust headers. There is just too much to list! Options include: AM radio, seat belts, radial tires, and racing wheels. The engine and push button transmission is backed by a Dana 60 rear-end with 4.56 gears with 35 spline axles. Enough about the drivetrain, the interior was recently restored and offers: new carpet, door panels, and headliner. The suspension boasts 3-way adjustable shocks, both front and rear. There were no short cuts on this build! If you are looking for a custom muscle car with the old school look, here it is. The car is not only structurally sound, but cosmetically it has undergone many upgrades including re-chromed bumpers and beautiful stainless trim and new gloss black paint. To view the Sport Fury in greater detail, including an HD video, please visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com or our Chicago showroom. For many more details please call 708-444-4488. A MINT ROAD RUNNER...PLEASE READ THE COMPLETE DESCRIPTIONThis is one Extremely Clean in %26amp;amp; out, top to bottom 1969 Plymouth Road Runner with a 440 6-Pack done in \"Vitamin C Orange\"%26amp;nbsp; with 98,000 original miles and a Factory Dana%26amp;nbsp;4-speed. It has%26amp;nbsp;the factory%26amp;nbsp;\"air grabber\" hood ( pull a lever in-side of the car and it opens ram air on the hood forcing cold fresh air into the sealed air cleaner ). This car is%26amp;nbsp;too cool from the Road Runner badges to the \"beep beep\" horn along with the crazy amount of horse power and torque. This is the muscle cars of all muscle cars. The interior is gorgeous, the paint is gorgeous and there is absolutely NO rot or rust. The underneath is extremely clean. No leaks, starts right up, always garaged and never seen rain. In the winter it%26amp;nbsp;was stored in a heated garage. The only modifications to the car is it has a Edelbrock high rise intake manifold, other than that the rest is%26amp;nbsp;all stock. It contains all original sheet metal including the floors and trunk. There is NO body filler on the car, it is all metal. Every thing on the car works as it should except the blinkers (it needs a blinker relay switch).Exterior:The glass is all in excellent shape, no chips and no hazing very clear and in great shape. All the chrome is in excellent shape in fact the front and rear bumpers were re-chromed a month ago. The chrome around the headlight bezels have a little wear on them but nothing too bad, they seem to be original. The paint is gorgeous and was done professionally a few years back. No orange peel or runs. There are 3 spots where there were tiny little chips and were touched up with touch up paint and are barely noticeable. On the driver door there are a few tiny little bubbles (see pics). The underneath of the car is super clean, NO rot or rust. The tires are Firestone Firehawks and are in great shape, not brand new but plenty of tread life left. The wheels are aftermarket chrome and are in mint condition.Interior:The interior is gorgeous. No rips, no cracks. Headliner is beautiful, carpet is very clean all the gauges work as they should. The metal parts of the door cards have a few scratches on them but were touched up.Driving and Mechanical:This car is insanely fast with a crazy amount of torque, it will throw you back in your seat. The motor starts right up no problem, no smoke, no ticks or knocks, no weird noises what so ever. The body tag states it came from the factory with the upgraded axle and 3:55 gears and believe them to be original. The transmission is very tight goes into gear very easy, doesn\'t have any slop and does not pop out of gear EVER. The clutch is very stiff, does not slip at all, has a great grabbing point and feels like new. The brakes work perfect and have plenty of life left. The car goes straight down the road and the front end is tight. If you hit the brakes you stop straight and it doesn\'t pull you to the right or left. It has a brand new starter and new alternator.WE FINANCE/DELIVER AND SHIP WORLDWIDEFree shipping applies to continental US only Ad provided by OldCarOnline.com/cond>

Rear Mount Spare, Rumble Seat, Wire Wheels, Wide Whitewall Tires, Flying Lady Hood Ornament . The Plymouth convertible coupe shown here is a great alternative to the Chevrolet Independent and early Ford V8 Roadsters, both examples typically commanding significantly more than this fien 6-cylinder Plymouth. Attractive features include rear-hinged doors, a rear mount spare, matching pinstripe and wheel paint color, wire spoke wheels, rumble seat and a beautiful chrome radiator shell. The flying lady hood ornament enhances the attractive presentation of this roadster quite nicely. Subtle cosmetic features include intricate belt and body moldings and the Pc\'s characteristic rakish stance. Black paint is very good and the interior upholstery in dark brown leatherette the car will reveal an extensively detailed undercarriage that shows almost no wear. The Straight six engine does not disappoint - it powers this mid-sized roadster effortlessly along the highway. If you are shopping around for an early 30\'s classic roadster, give this Plymouth very series consideration. Youtube video available upon request.
