Something Special… Up for sale is my brother-in-law’s Mini Cooper S and you can put aside all the things they say about a car with high mileage because this one will knock your socks off with good looks and is mechanically excellent. Just coming out of his shop with a brand new clutch and full mechanical inspection, the car is a hit-the-key-and-go sporty enjoyment with no leaks, no warning lights, nice set of tires and one that has been exceptionally well-kept. The supercharged motor runs excellent with lots of power, no noises, a new intake boot that solved a vacuum leak that was present when he first got it, and is completely stock. The transmission shifts excellent, the clutch is brand new, the brakes feel great and it rides like it’s on rails through turns with a really firm and comfortable ride. The interior is in great shape with nice vinyl leather seats, perfect carpets and original mats, tight headliner around the dual roofs and nice dash. All the power buttons work great including windows, locks, cruise control, heat and cold A/C, and it doesn’t ever appear to have been smoked in. The body is so nice and it's simply hard to believe it’s seen the miles with excellent shiny paint that doesn’t show any big dings or dents at all. No fading or peeling of the clear coat is present and it looks good from any angle. The only small sign of rust on the body is a dime-sized bubble on the rear hatch which I displayed in an extra picture. Small chips and marks on the nose come with normal wear-and-tear. The factory 17” wheels look great with no heavy rash or bends and have a nice set of General tires around them. Ready for many more years and miles on the road and inspected in NJ through 2016, it is ready for a new home and is sold with a clean NJ title in his name ready to transfer over and is sold at his place of work in Lambertville, NJ 08530.
