I’m selling my daily driver 2004 mini cooper, which has a clear and clean title. The engine has been regularly maintained, it starts immediately, it runs clean and smooth. The vehicle drove fine until recently, but now when the shifter is placed in drive or reverse the vehicle won’t move. I’m not a mechanic, but I was told the transmission needed to be re-built or replaced. The exterior shows the normal wear you would expect to find on a vehicle of its age. The paint is in good shape and still shines, but needs little waxing. The interior carpet, dash, door panels, seats, window glass and the overall upholstery are near perfect condition and free of cracks or tears. The head liner however has started coming loose and needs some minor attention. The air conditioning blows cold and the heater blows hot air. The electronics all work (i.e. radio / CD player works, door locks, electric windows, lights and dash instruments). The front tires are good and have plenty of tread left. The rear tires are are fair, but will need to be replace in the near future. This vehicle being “SOLD AS IS” “WHERE IS” without any guarantees or warranty, either expressed, implied or written. The vehicle will have to be hauled or towed from its current location at the buyers’ expense. The buyer is responsible for making all necessary arraignments and payments to have vehicle picked up, if they can’t take possession of vehicle in person. Everything on this car works as it should. And I get 30-35 mpg.... Last pics shows window sticker with all the options. This Mini has Keyless Start and Entry, Rain sensing wipers/automatic Xenon Headlights with Heated Headlight Washers, Sport Control, ABS, CBC, EBD, DSC, Sport Suspension Plus, Hyper Aerodynamic kit (rare), Heated Seats, Bluetooth, Pan Sunroof, Garage Door Link... etc, I'm pretty sure there are only about 2 other things it could have- Factory Navigation and Harmon Kardon Stereo System.... Probably the best riding, best handling and comfortable small car there is. I've had 7 Miata's and this is way more fun (unless you love convertibles). You are looking at a beautiful Chili Red and White 2004 Mini Cooper!I bought this car new, and waited some time for it as I ordered it from England with it loaded with every option that could be put on the Mini Cooper in 2004 including the cvt automatic.It was used sparingly, and the car has not a ding or any parking lot rash on it! It was always parked in "no door ding land" in parking lots. The car was never flogged, and anything that was needed was replaced/repaired immediately.The only damage ever was a small and shallow scrape that went from the right door trailing edge to just in front of the rear wheel. The repair is completely invisible. It has always had every recommended service carried out but the oil and filter was changed every 4000 miles which is more often then the book interval. Mobil 1 synthetic was always used. Any repair work used genuine BMW parts not cheap pattern parts.The leather has a scuff on the drivers' side bolster (see photo), it has good tires and spare. No rust or dings or damage but for the trans. As near pristine as can be found. Southern car, so no salt or chemicals.All the fluids, including brake fluid were changed in the spring ( ATE yellow high temp ), recent brake rotors, pads ( street performance pads ), recent battery. Some genuine brake discs go with it.All manuals, including a cd repair manual, comes with it as well as the bra!Engine starts instantly, ac blows cold, everything except the trans works perfectly.It needs nothing but the transmission repaired. The chain or clutch quit pulling out of a grocery store. Good case, but it needs rebuilding.You could convert it to a five or six speed if you want. This will make someone a premium little car, or a nice car for a wife or SO. Don't miss it!
