FOR SALE 2005 MERCEDES BENZ E320 CDI (DIESEL LOW MILEAGE, NO RUST) You are bidding on my family owned 2005 Mercedes Benz E320 CDI (Turbo Diesel), with ONLY 77,800 miles. Yes that is accurate; this car is only driven for 6 months in the year. It sits in a garage and it’s NEVER been driven in the snow! Extremely rare for a car that’s from New England! In-fact the car does not even have a spot of rust underneath it! When the car sits in the winter, I would start it for 15 minutes every 2 weeks just to clear the cob webs and take it for a short spin around the block (long as there is NO salt on the roads, and NO snow). Since I have owned this car for 9 years now, I know every little thing about this show horse. This car has a flood title. It was purchased from a dealership that specializes in rebuilt/theft/flood title autos only and everything was fixed as it should have been. Please no low ball offers or zero feedback bitters, I will not give away this E320 CDI for free because I know what I have here, and it was owned by my family for 9 years. There is nothing wrong with car as it runs and drives as great as it did the same day I purchased it. This is one of the last true Mercedes Benz diesels. The new blue-tec engines are not as reliable as they are a redesigned v6 diesel. The E320 CDI (2005, 2006) is a straight Inline six turbo diesel engine that runs phenomenally well and with a transmission that operates smooth like honey. Mechanically this car is a WOW reaction (over 400 ft lbs of torque + a turbo)! There are some flaws with a car that's almost 10 years old but nothing crazy. Here is the list of minimal cosmetic issues. I want you to know everything here with no surprises! Items: · Door lock knobs are broken off (father attempted to turn them and broke them by mistake) · Small pocket drawer by center console (broken due to stuffing it with quarters, it will open still) · \Driver seat is missing an internal arm control if you recline the chair to lay back it doesn't stay and falls back if you put all weight on the back. (Will need an arm control inside the seat or a new seat, I haven’t replaced it because I don’t recline in my seat and it works just fine) · Infrared door opener works at night but doesn't work during the day only occasionally, doors open with key. · The paint isn’t perfect minor imperfections on the front bumper a couple of rock chips on the bumper and also took the wrong power washer nozzle to it and took some of the finish coat off (minimal) only noticeable if you look very close to it, again very small area at the bottom of the bumper. New Items: · Completed a 60,000 mile service · New glow plugs (all six installed) · Recently changed a fan belt · New oil filter, air filer, fuel filter, oil change · Additional Key made by (Hartford New Country Mercedes) · Records kept My rating of the car: Mechanically: 10/10 Cosmetic Finish: 8/10 Again, best offer will take it; however I am not going to give it away for free because I know what I have and truthfully I have had ZERO issues with the car and the new owner will not be disappointed. And with such low mileage this car will go for thousands miles more. I am getting 27 mpg in the city and 37 on the highway, a full tank will give you over 500 miles.
