For sale is a beautiful 1972 Mercedes-Benz 280SE 4.5 with only 142,250 original miles! This Classic Vehicle is one of the last really "Made in Germany" handcrafted Cars. This car is beautiful inside and out. The Mercedes is accident and rust free. It comes in one of its most elegant, sought after color combinations Light Blue exterior with Dark Blue interior. It is truly a beautiful and super elegant car! The paint looks gorgeous and is deep rich and shiny. The car is very straight with no major dings, dents or damage. All wood parts are in good condition with only very minimal cracking. The wheels look amazing and the tires are very fresh. The interior is in great shape with no major wear and tear. This car has been meticulously maintained and has extensive service history. The Mercedes has no known mechanical issues at all and has with its 4.5 l engine enough power! The A/C blows ice cold and the steering is very tight. The 280SE drives and shifts very smooth like you would expect from a well cared for classic Mercedes-Benz. This is a 1969 Mercedes Benz 280SE Coupé Factory Equipped with: AIR CONDITIONING, SUNROOF, AND AUTOMATIC FLOOR SHIFT TRANSMISSION. Factory original color DB-181 Exterior with Tobacco Top, and Bamboo Interior. The car shows no evidence of any accidents. The undercarriage is solid and rust-free. The body lines are smooth and straight without any previous body work. It has the original spare and jack. Wheel Wells are in great shape. Rockers are in great shape. Floor pans are in great shape. Chrome is in very good condition. Glass is in perfect condition, New front windshield from Factory. I have a new chrome windshield trim also. No oil or fluid leaks. Lights work, Turn Signals Work, Brake light works. All windows roll up and down as they should. Here is a great opportunity to own an antique Mercedes Benz 280 SE (W108). At 42 years old this vehicle is still impressive. The car runs and shifts very good. I have restored almost every aspect of the car: drive train, brakes, body work, electrical & interior etc. Below is a list of all the work I have performed on the vehicle as part of the restoration. I have invested hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars over the last 5 years to bring it to the condition that it's currently in. It's been fun restoring it but the time has come for someone else to take over and enjoy it.
