This is my wife's CLK320 in great condition for its age. I kid you not that she never parked this car near other cars because she never wanted it to get scratched. She treated this car like it was her child. She washed it by hand because she didn't want it to go through the car wash.90% of any work was done by Massapequa Mercedes. The rest by Joseph's service stations in Seaford.I have all the records. We were gong to keep it so last April with did a ton of work to it. All new front end work, motor mounts, transmission mounts. A full major tune up. Battery and more.Not every used car is perfect. This car has two problems that I have not fixed yet. One of the vents sticks before it opens. You here it click for a few seconds and then it stops. The radio would have to removed to fix it. The second is that the rear defroster sometimes does not work. Mercedes tells me its a rear SAM left side that needs to be replaced around $350.00 for the part plus labor. As you can see I am very honest. No need to hide anything. The only repair to the body of the car was a dent in the left door, this was done by a police officer pulling into my lane, there was $1200.00 in damage and he had to file a report, even though i didnt want him to. There was also a scratch on the hood from my kids bike. Both repaired by Amityville collision. Why am i selling it? My wife would like a new car and so i am looking to lease her one. Hello, Ebayers. Up for sale is my 2003 CLK55, I'm selling bc it stays in the garage and I don't use it. The car has no issues and runs and drives perfectly. The best part about this vehicle is that the motor is a hand assembled, and capable of reaching 500,000 miles on oil changes alone. I have changed the oil every 3000-3500 miles with mobile 1 synthetic. Originally, the car was purchased directly from the executive choice program director at Mercedes Benz, msrp came in at 72k. Cosmetically the car is in good condition. There are some rock chips on the front bumper and hood. The rear bumper is cracked and should cost about 300 to fix additionally, bc the vehicle sat in my garage one of the tires went flat, it is now on the spare. The vehicle also qualifies for an additional warranty coverage. Payment is accepted in cash or cashiers check drawn from an institution in the USA. The buyer pays for shipping.

This auction is subject to prior sale. All our vehicles are available for sale locally at our licensed retail location in California. . If you will be financing the purchase without any other seperate cash payment please ensure you have your loan approved to cover both the purchase price, any applicable taxes, registration, fees and delivery charges. Please also ensure the financial institution providing your financing understands you will be purchasing the vehicle from a state-registered California auto brokers. The final winning price excludes all applicable taxes, registration, fees and delivery/shipping charges. A $55 California DMV documentation fee will apply to all sales. The winning bidder must pay a $1,000 deposit within 24 hours of the close of auction if in USA. If the winning bidder is outside the USA we require a 50% deposit. Deposits are non-refundable if the purchaser fails to complete the transaction for any reason. Deposits will be refunded in full if Orange County Professional Auto Brokers fail to complete the transaction for any reason. The winning bidder must complete the sale within 7 days of close of auction. If this will not be possible you must contact us to make other arrangements. If not we reserve the right to relist the vehicle and/or sell it locally. This used vehicle is sold subject to all applicable California State Board of Equalization rules and regulations. This used vehicle is sold AS IS according to California law. We guarantee to supply the title for the vehicle within 45 of the close of sale. If you need the title faster than that please contact us prior to completing the sale. Unless specifically stated otherwise we guarantee to the title will be clean and free of all liens. The title will be completed according to California DMV regulations. We cannot be responsible for different DMV regulations in other states or countries. Vehicles sold to non-California residents must be professionally transported out of state or California sales tax will be applied to the purchase. California residents are required to physically complete the relevant DMV paperwork in person at our license business premises. The buyer may request an independant mechanical inspection at their own expense. The buyer agrees to give Orange County Professional Auto Brokers a copy of the inspection report and an oppourtunity to address any issues found. We accept Certified & Cashier's Checks and Bank transfers in US Dollars. We can accept payments from recognized financial institutions such as Credit Unions.
