2003 Mazda MX-5 Miata shows just 40k miles and is powered by a 1.8 liter twin cam inline-four paired to a 5-speed manual transmission. This unmodified example is equipped with the LS Package, which includes an upgraded stereo, improved interior equipment, and limited slip differential. The factory Appearance Package 1 was also optioned, featuring a front air dam, side skirts, and rear mud guards. The finish is mostly original, though the front bumper was repainted to correct a large chip. Some small imperfections are present in the paintwork that do not show well in photos. Yellowing headlights were polished and clearcoated them to prevent them deteriorating again. NB Miatas received a glass rear window as standard. The top on this car is well fitted and free of leaks. The body kit is in good shape and original wheels appear free of curb rash. This LS package included parchment-colored leather and a Bose stereo system. The seats show little wear and tear, and the carpets are protected by original Miata-branded mats. All interior features work correctly, including the A/C. The 1.8 liter inline-four is paired to a 5-speed manual transmission and optional limited slip differential. The engine bay is clean and no modifications are present. Some light surface oxidation is present on control arms, chipped underbody etc, but no serious corrosion or "rust". Clean carfax and ready to enjoy! Feel free to ask me any questions at all. My standard disclaimer/mantra for any car regardless of service or price: The car is sold with no warranty. You are buying a used car. Please understand that it is a used car and will have minor signs of use despite its service and restoration. That means please do not expect a showroom brand new car. Please adjust your expectation level to that of a 40,000 mile car. This is good miles for Miata of this year, but please just remember that no 40,000 mile car is perfect. It is though a clean, very nice Miata! Please only bid if you intend to buy. If you would like to have an Ebay 3rd party mechanic service check out the car I MORE than welcome it. Please have the car checked out before bidding and not after, if you intend to use that service. And please, if you would like to utilize this service, contact me with more than a couple days left in the auction so we can arrange schedules.
