2003 Mazda MX-5 Miata shows just 40k miles and is powered by a 1.8 liter twin cam inline-four paired to a 5-speed manual transmission. This unmodified example is equipped with the LS Package, which includes an upgraded stereo, improved interior equipment, and limited slip differential. The factory Appearance Package 1 was also optioned, featuring a front air dam, side skirts, and rear mud guards. The finish is mostly original, though the front bumper was repainted to correct a large chip. Some small imperfections are present in the paintwork that do not show well in photos. Yellowing headlights were polished and clearcoated them to prevent them deteriorating again. NB Miatas received a glass rear window as standard. The top on this car is well fitted and free of leaks. The body kit is in good shape and original wheels appear free of curb rash. This LS package included parchment-colored leather and a Bose stereo system. The seats show little wear and tear, and the carpets are protected by original Miata-branded mats. All interior features work correctly, including the A/C. The 1.8 liter inline-four is paired to a 5-speed manual transmission and optional limited slip differential. The engine bay is clean and no modifications are present. Some light surface oxidation is present on control arms, chipped underbody etc, but no serious corrosion or "rust". Clean carfax and ready to enjoy! Feel free to ask me any questions at all. My standard disclaimer/mantra for any car regardless of service or price: The car is sold with no warranty. You are buying a used car. Eventually every car will break, if you find one that doesn't please let me know. I do my ABSOLUTE BEST to describe accurately the shape of the car, but keep in mind it is impossible to discuss every detail of a car for better or worse. I am not a dealer, just a guy who loves Miata (among other cars) and hope to pass along my passion and fervor for these cars. That said if ever you encounter an issue I do my best to provide advice, direction or even parts if I have them. Please understand that it is a used car and will have minor signs of use despite its service and restoration. That means please do not expect a showroom brand new car. Please adjust your expectation level to that of a 40,000 mile car. This is good miles for Miata of this year, but please just remember that no 40,000 mile car is perfect. It is though a clean, very nice Miata! Please only bid if you intend to buy. If you would like to have an Ebay 3rd party mechanic service check out the car I MORE than welcome it. Please have the car checked out before bidding and not after, if you intend to use that service. And please, if you would like to utilize this service, contact me with more than a couple days left in the auction so we can arrange schedules. Please check your local laws and registration procedures before buying. Buying over the internet can be scary sometimes! I get it, because I am an enthusiast too!! Purchased from the estate of a wealthy woman who drove this as her 2nd car i.e. her "fun" car so it only had 17,000 miles on it when I bought it. It is also my second car so I take it on short trips around town, but it still has very low mileage. I live 1/2 a block from my mechanic and he takes care of the car for me, it has received regular oil changes and maintenance, and you should go chat with him to talk about the vehicle history. I love this car, don't want to sell it, but practicality wins out, since I rarely drive it to and from the grocery store and nearby, and I have to keep my 4-door for practical reasons. There are dings in the fenders and the front bumper, I bought it this way and drive it this way, therefore low starting price. It's simply cosmetic imperfections, drives like a dream. All 4 tires have about 10K miles on them, they're fairly new. The interior is in great shape. Great project for someone who wants to do custom paint.

1999 MX-5 Miata. Purchased in Portland, Oregon. Kept in near Pristine Condition in California, covered or garaged the whole time! I am the Original owner and I have babied this car from day-one. It runs like it did the day I bought it; I kept out the sun and serviced every 3,000 miles. 131,170 miles logged. That’s a lot of servicing (and I have the receipts to prove it!). In fact, it has been serviced so frequently that I have never had to add oil between tune-up visits! It has never needed any major engine work. Both exterior and interior show minimal signs of wear and tear. New fuel pump (2014)Last Servicing at 129,489 miles. Passed last Smog Check (10/17/2014). It comes with a nearly-original-condition removable hard top purchased from Mazda (storage stand and cover included ...see photos). The original radio/CD has been replaced with a LDC-X597 Kenwood Bluetooth radio/CD player (in 2013) though I will provide the original audio equipment as well (see photo). A 2” hitch receiver is installed to hold bike rack --discreet in appearance and very handy. Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE Also, I acknowledge that the Kelly Blue Book puts a lesser valuation on cars similar to mine. All I can say is that the condition of this Miata puts it in another class and, in my opinion, justifies the price I'm asking. Having said that, I'm happy to consider a reasonable offer. The car is available for inspection in L.A. The top has a new (better than oem quality) rear window was stitched in. A new passenger window glass was installed. New lugs with locks were installed. A new 800CCA/105 min reserve battery was installed. The A/C system was recharged with R134a, and all fluid levels were topped off. New wipers and window washer components were installed. The steering wheel was swapped out for a Miata NB Nardi air bag steering wheel. The wheel has some wear on the rim, so I will include a temporary wheel cover. The air bag harness is not connected, but is a simple two wire connection. The car has a clean title, a copy of the title search inspection (Carfax) and the most recent smog check will included with your purchase. The car is currently registered through May 2015. I purchased this 94' Miata in May 07' with just 84,381. It is a clean titled car that has been well cared for, and always garaged. The odometer now reads 97,XXX as it is rarely driven. This averages out to 4,874 miles per the cars 20 year age (not bad at all). The car was re-sprayed last year in the original color. Note....some pictures show a color shade variance due to the lighting; all panels are color matched. The car runs and drives great. The audio/dvd navigation system sounds incredible! The interior looks, feels (and smells) fabulous! The car now sits in my garage undercover, ready for (you) the new owner. The upgrades are tasteful and well carried out. The car is originally a 94' Special Edition package with the torsen LSD, leather, Pioneer MSSS system, PW, PMR, PS, Trunk Release, A/C, PS, CC, etc).
