This is a RUST FREE Jeep that's in vey good condition inside and out, with just 53,300 original miles. This Sahara has been upgraded with top-quality components. Its ready for anything - on road or off. Highlights include a body and suspension lift, Mud-Terrain Tires, snorkel and auxiliary lighting. The paint is original and shines all around. Exterior features 33" BF Goodrich Mud Terrain tires with Kevlar, a Warn Bumper with D-rings an MX800P Winch and upper and lower auxiliary lighting by Rigid. The Jeep has a 3" body lift and 2.5" suspension lift. Very capable off-road, yet still drivable in traffic. This Jeep is also set up to be towable behind your RV or Truck. Did I mention that this Wrangler is ready for anything? The interior is also in very good shape. The seats are original - no rips or tears. This 4WD Wrangler comes with cold A/C, an AM/FM/CD stereo, a storage console and a B&M shift handle. There's also grab handles and foot pegs to help you hang on through the rough terrain. Carpets have been removed and the tub has been coated with LINE-X. Rubber mats are also included. The top is also in very good shape. The doors and original side panels are with the Jeep. The original manuals are still wit the Jeep, too. This Wrangler was originally purchased near Orlando, and has spent its life in Florida. Jeep's 4.0 liter I6 is famous for reliability and longevity. You may pay the purchase price with cash in person, with a cashiers or certified check or bank-to-bank wire transfer. These forms are acceptable for the deposit as well, and we will accept Paypal for the deposit only. If you are the winner, a $500 non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of the end of the auction is sufficient to hold the vehicle until the remainder can be sent or car is picked up. If these forms of payment are not acceptable, please do not bid. Final payment is expected within five (5) days thereafter. If you are seeking financing, please be sure to hold off on your bid until your funding has been approved. I DO NOT ACCEPT BANK DRAFTS OF ANY KIND. Legal Disclaimer: The parties agree to the following with regard to dispute resolution: Any disputes between the parties must first be addressed by mediation. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals.
