After 3 years and over $40,000 invested (with receipts on most everything!), I have to abandon my dream Jeep project in the last few weeks of it's build. I'm moving out of state as soon as my house sells, which looks like it will be in the next 4-5 weeks. I can't take it with me (divorcing, downsizing to a small apartment with no garage). I'm working on getting it finished, but it's probably 95% there. I have most everything to finish it (and all the extras are included) except time, as I'm trying to finalize a number of projects at work and am putting in 80+ hour weeks to do so. The axles alone on this Jeep are worth a good portion of my asking price! Please make offers. Obviously, this will need to be towed and you will need a truck/SUV to carry all of the extra parts. There is a half of a 1 car garage full of extra parts! VIN # is 2J4FY19P7MJ114042 and the odometer (which is really just the frame and what's left of the body) is around 120,000 (maybe less). Everything else has 0 miles/fresh built/rebuilt except the tires I bought used.Body/Frame:1991 Jeep YJ, through there's not much left of the YJ other than the body and framePoison Spyder Armor plating in the comp cut rearsWRC Tube Fender FrontsExpanded metal radiator grillHeavy duty 1/4 metal square tube side steps with chain steps1" Body lift (prothane)Custom built 1/4" sealed bumpers front and rear, front with large stingerHard Doors with full steel uppersBikini top with rail system (bikini needs to be put back on)Duster Desk/Tonneau for rear, to make it sealed up (again, needs to be installed)Full NHRA-passed rollcage, built by local rollcage fabricator Ron Thompson in St. PeteReinforced frame to roll cage tie-ins (included, not installed yet), windshield tie-in (done)CJ tailgate (Dropdown, like a pickup truck)1/4" thick Barnes 4WD skid plateSnorkel with all included piping (outside installed, inside to be done)All Grade 8 Hardware throughout the buildMotor:Chevy 350 (Vortec L31 from a Yukon), upgraded Vortec spyder, new starter, all new internal parts. That is the one piece of these you would need. I use CJ Tatton for shafts usually, but you can have any shaft maker provide these. Does include the seat risers/sliders for the passenger side.).5 point harness for driver's seat, seatbelts included for both driver and passengerLargo Ammo Can Center Console/Lock Box (included, needs to be bolted to floor)(2) Ammo can mounts for FAT 50 cans (bolted to rear floor, for your tools/accessories)Wooden Steering wheelRecovery:Warn M8000 Winch (installed, never used, as new) with remote and local control switchesTow hooks at both ends (heavy gauge 3/4" d-rings)Several heavy duty Straps/Leads10 Ton SnatchblockHi-Lift 60" recovery jack on custom mount on back of rollcage with poly stabilization base20L Jerry can with mount (not installed, in Jeep)Extras:Lots of extra hardware and parts (trusses, links, mounting tabs, etc. Probably $1000+ worth of extra hard parts)Extra seals, races, bearings and "soft parts" from the various axle and other component buildsExtra u-jointsExtra pulleys and hard partsTwo engine harnesses (one stripped to work with the computer, one stock for reference)Two large crates of "Jeep Stuff", random accessories like mirrors and finish itemsReference manuals/books for the buildThese parts all have ZERO miles on them. They were assembled either at my house or at Just Jeeps (Largo) or at Sigma7 Motorworks. The donor Jeep had around 110k on it (4 cylinder, bone stock) but, as I said, the only "original" Jeep left is the frame and body (and most of the body has been uparmored/altered). I have at least $15,000 worth of labor receipts from Sigma7 alone, not including the axles (bought as shells, rebuilt completely new both front and rear), the motor (again, rebuilt from a donor block), trans, transfer case... when I had this done, I wanted it to be bulletproof and I paid to have every piece of it disassembled and all new parts put in so there was no chance of it breaking on the trail. It kills me to have to sell this Jeep. Unfortunately, much like my autocross project car I'm selling and my house, these are things I can't keep as part of the divorce and I plan on leaving the state as soon as they are all gone. If you wanted the most capable Wrangler built with the best parts, this is your chance to get it at a fraction of the build price. All offers considered. I have an offer for it now which I'm not happy with, but I'll default to that offer if I can't get closer to my asking price by the time the house sells.
