After 3 years and over $40,000 invested (with receipts on most everything!), I have to abandon my dream Jeep project in the last few weeks of it's build. I'm moving out of state as soon as my house sells, which looks like it will be in the next 4-5 weeks. I can't take it with me (divorcing, downsizing to a small apartment with no garage). I'm working on getting it finished, but it's probably 95% there. I have at least $15,000 worth of labor receipts from Sigma7 alone, not including the axles (bought as shells, rebuilt completely new both front and rear), the motor (again, rebuilt from a donor block), trans, transfer case... when I had this done, I wanted it to be bulletproof and I paid to have every piece of it disassembled and all new parts put in so there was no chance of it breaking on the trail.It kills me to have to sell this Jeep. Unfortunately, much like my autocross project car I'm selling and my house, these are things I can't keep as part of the divorce and I plan on leaving the state as soon as they are all gone. If you wanted the most capable Wrangler built with the best parts, this is your chance to get it at a fraction of the build price. All offers considered. Jeep Wrangler 1988 YJ. This jeep is in great shape and runs GREAT with a lot of new parts. The engine is the very reliable 4.2 inline 6, this particular engine has the 4.0 cylinder head swapped from original 4.2 producing more power. 1991 Jeep Wrangler YJ. Very low miles, under 19K miles. I bought this jeep last year from the original owner. It was always garage kept, looked like it was off the showroom floor and had 16k miles on it. Due to sitting without use it needed a new clutch and brakes. This was done with warranty from aamco in Naples, Florida. Paint, motor, interior, top is all original. This jeep has the original factory a/c. The only modification that have been done are a 3.5 bds suspension lift, slip yoke eliminator to eliminate wear and driveline vibration with lift. It has a new rear driveshaft with joint. Wheels are 15" Mickey Thompson, tires are 32" New Generation BF Goodrich Mud Terrain. These have roughly 1k miles on them. This jeep is in incredible shape as you will see from the pictures of the floor under the carpet and interior. There is zero rust on this jeep. There are some light scratches on rear plastic windows and on the paint from branches, but they do not show much with the matte paint. This is one of the lowest mileage YJ's out there still original.
