Beautiful 1976 International Scout! The original owner had this Scout until 2004 in San Diego. It was extremely well cared for and has an extensive paper trail. The second owner was in Florida and it was in his possession until approx 2012. Since, it has been in a couple small collections between Columbia, SC and Charleston, SC. It has a 345 International V8 Engine, 727 Torqueflite Automatic Transmission. The body and frame are in excellent condition overall as you would expect from a California car. It has Power Disc Brakes and Power Steering along with a recent addition of an aftermarket A/C system. Freezing cold A/C and hot heat! This Scout has the rare XLC package which gives it a much higher end upholstery and trim package on the interior than most Scouts. The odometer reads 64,825 miles but I am pretty sure it is actually 164,825 miles. I have extensive ownership records/invoices/bills/notes from the original owner and according to his notes the 345 V8 was rebuilt in 1994 when the truck had 134,xxx miles on it. This truck was treated to a high quality repaint at the expense of it's original owner in 2000. The 17 year old respray still looks fantastic but does have a few scratches/imperfections. That said, the age of the paint is a real testament to the quality of the steel underneath. This Scout is has all of it's original sheet metal and no patch panels to be found. Very Very solid and original. At the time of the repaint the original owner spent approx $4200 having the interior refreshed as well. You will be hard pressed to find another Scout that was taken care of like this one! Ready to drive and enjoy! I HAVE ACCESS TO INCREDIBLE FINANCING OPTIONS FOR THIS SCOUT TO QUALIFIED BORROWERS AT RATES AS LOW AS 1.99%. UP TO 60 MONTHS AND NO DOWN PAYMENT REQUIRED. PLEASE CALL ME AT 843-452-5551 FOR DETAILS. Please call me directly for additional information or to discuss a "buy it now". It is much easier to answer questions on the phone that through messages. I will be happy to take time and answer any and all questions thoroughly. I also welcome pre purchase inspections by 3rd parties if you are considering a purchase site unseen. 1975 Scout II Milage: 19k original Engine: 304 IH Trans: Dana T19w 4spd man Transfer: Dana 20 Axels: Dana 44 with front discs and rear drums. I bought the truck 3 years ago in Upstate NY where is sat in a barn for 20 years. It is a survivor and was 80% rust free which is a major deal with IHs. Upon taking ownership I flushed the old oil and used a mix of Marvel Mystery Oil and Valvoline Racing oil SAE/30(no zinc) and hand turned the crank for 1 hour. After that I replaced the oil and filter with Valvoline Racing oil SAE 30 and replaced coolants before starting the truck. It ran fine so at that point I replaced all fluids and started to have fun! I have driven it less than 300 miles per year and while I do plow with it, I do just my yard and do it gently! Factory Power steering and brakes. here is whats been done -Replaced Holley Gold Distribution with Davis Unified Ignition HEI system (CHEVY HEI) and wires/plugs -Replaced Holley 2210 carb with Holley 2200 and electric fuel pump -New Thrush Turbo exhaust system -New bearings and seal on all wheels -New discs, calipers and pads front, New drums rear and new shoes and hardware -New polyethylene gas tank and lines -Rebuilt windshield wiper motor -New Firestone Winterforce tires -After minor body work, I painted the body and frame in POR-15, recognized by off-roaders as a must do on all vintage SUVs -Painted it with PPG IH Red and 3 coats of clear -OS upgrade rims, (not currently installed) I had planed a 4” lift and 32-33” tires...Hood is open in pics, this truck has tight lines and will easily pass the "Close the Door" test. Can come prior to end of auction for test drives, compression checks etcDelivery available at .55 per mile T/F prepaid. 7' Fisher Snow Caster goes with it The winning bidder will receive a state of NH registration and a NH notarized Bill of Sale from me. The State of NH does not title vehicles older than 1999. The truck is currently registered in my name and I have the original title and BoS from the person I purchased the truck from, this is accepted in all 50 states for resale and titling of vehicles. Refer questions about titling to http://www.nh.gov/safety/divisions/dmv/registration/vehicle.htm Any bidders with 0 feedback must provide a phone number 24 hours in advance before bidding. $1000 non-refundable deposit via pay pal due immediately by all winning bidders.
