The car is in excellent condition and I am the first owner of the car. I have a record of all services done to the car. The timing belt and water pump was replaced when the car had approximately 90k miles at honda service center Almost new tires (less than 10k on the tires) and they are rated 75k mile tires. All lights, A/C, power windows, power brakes, etc are fully functionalIt is unfortunate that the florida sun has faded some spots on the car(trunk and hood). If you are in Palm Beach, Affordable auto body is running a promotion for painting for $389. I have 1 keyless remote and 1 manual key.All services were done timely on the car and it has been very well taken care of. NO ACCIDENTS
