Selling my 1991 Honda CRX. has about 252k miles on the body and about 150k miles on engine and transmission. engine is a B18A1 from a 1993 integra LS. Swap was done with Innovative motor mounts and shift linkages. car runs and drives great and gets 32mpg. has a ton of new parts: Skunk2 lower control arms, plugs and wires(NGK), new radiator and thermostat, new brakes all around, new rear disk brake conversion, new gas tank, new rear suspension bushings(rear trailing arm bushings, compensator arms, new rear upper arms all new OEM Honda), new CV axle seals, new drivers & passenger side CV axles, new hood, new fender. Car also has a K-tuned adjustable shifter, Skunk2 weighted knob, H&R race lowering springs with tokico illumina shocks, inetgra LS seats, integra gsr 15" wheels, 3m anthracite carbon fiber wrap. the interior is in great condition for a 1991, has complete rear interior with one piece cargo cover. used to be my daily driver but bought a newer car so don't need to hold onto this one anymore. asking $5200 or best reasonable offer
Current mileage: 149,272 (still driving it) Second owner of a 1986 Honda CRX. In 1989 I bought it from a Honda dealership in Northern California with 30,000 miles on it. I have been driving it ever since. It had everything except air conditioning so added a Honda Factory Air Conditioning Kit (from Honda dealership in Sacramento, California – NOT after market AC kit). Shipped CRX to Florida when I moved here in 2000. So glad I had air conditioning installed! Repainted in 2011 in factory colors. New seat covers (factory fit). New tires at 143,333 miles. Can't turn off radio, so I just turn the volume all the way down. Cassette no longer working, but all 4 speakers work great. Last timing belt and water pump changed at 133,104 miles. I have receipts for work done over the years. Sunroof started to leak, couldn't get replacement weather seals so permanently sealed it closed. Carpet in back started to dry rot so covered it with rubber-backed carpet. Cold start because it needs a carburetor isolator. First start in the morning requires fast idle warm up for a couple of minutes. There are quirks with the AC – the AC now has an extra toggle switch to turn on (right is on, left is off); sometimes the belt squeals (needs new belt) so I just turn off the switch and then turn it back on. Blows very cold air. Passenger-side door skin (gray section) broke at corner and was glued back (see picture). Driver's side CV joint is beginning to make noise on hard corners and should be replaced. This is a zippy little car and I have loved driving it for the past 26 years. But, it's time for this 60-something to start driving a car with an automatic transmission. Shipping: Buyer responsible for shipping.
