1974 ford grand torino brougham this car has been garaged since the late 80 s it was sold local new and has been in the area all its life it is a very solid car trunk floor and all it has the rare 351 4 v c j engine in this year by the marti satistics it is one of 1,045 grand torino broughams with this running gear and one of 108 with special paint witch is black the car also only has 51 k actual miles verified by the inspections receipt it also has the original exhaust witch is dual exhaust car does not have air condition has the original spare tire that has never been run this car came with gold interior and a black top the last owner dident like it evidently and had it all changed to burgundy top also in the mid 80 s because the first time I saw the car it was like it is now that was in the late 80s it looks really good top and all interior looks like it was done a week ago it drives really great and handles really good motor is extremely ouiet and powerful trans shifts great has the 3.25 rear gear I am sure there are some others out there but this is the only one I have seen in my time this car is sold as is where is no warranty expressed or implied I am describing it to the best of my knowledge send message if any questions the inspection just ran out in 2014 I reserve the right to end the ad if car sells before ad runs out thanks for looking

Other than the details listed prior, this is an excellent running vehicle and a very smooth ride. In her day she was top of the line as far as comfort with AC and cruise control. As you saw in the listing details this is a Brougham package. We purchased the vehicle in 1993 from a gentleman near Parker SD. At one time there must have been some minor repairs made to the left rear quarter panel and the trunk lid because the paint is a slightly different color. Payment deposit will be made via Paypal and then cash upon transfer of this vehicle for the remainder of the balance. Upon the completion of the sale the purchaser may arrange pickup of the vehicle as one option. The second option is that we will deliver the car for an extra fee of 0.50 per mile round trip with the payment being cash only for delivery upon arrival with the vehicle. This is a very original car that is a well optioned and very solid project. This an ORIGINAL 1970 Ford Torino Brougham that is a solid southern car. This Torino Brougham was originally equipped as follows: 351C-2V V-8 Engine FMX Automatic Transmission3.00 9 inch Conventional RearMedium Ivy Green Exterior PaintDark Ivy Green Bench Seat InteriorHideaway HeadlightsPower SteeringPower Disc BrakesAir ConditioningAM Radio Once it's days as a daily driver were over due to a bad fuel tank it was set out under carport to languish for many years. The body is pretty much complete as shown, and is actually a very solid car. All of the sheetmetal on the car to include the Hood, Fenders, Doors, 1/4's and deck lid are in very good shape. There is some very minor floor rust and a small amount in the roof from it having a vinyl top originally. All of the structure to include frame rails, rockers, etc are rock solid on this car. The car while certainly not perfect is a solid and straight platform from which to start with. The interior is all there and are all good serviceable pieces. Seats, door panels, etc are good solid pieces to work with.The 351C runs good and I have moved th car around the yard using a 1 gallon auxiliary fuel tank since the original tank has gone bad. The trans moves the car forward and back. The brakes still have some pedal but nothing I would want to trust in traffic. I initially bought this car to use as a parts car for several other project cars that I have in the mix; but when I got it home and had a chance to look the car over good and play with it I decided it is just too solid and too ORIGINAL a car to part out. So I figured I would offer the car up here for a Torino Enthusiast who is looking for a solid project to work on that is not a total nightmare that can be bought for a reasonable buy in cost. If you look at what the value in parts that this car has; (just the Hideaway Headlights alone are major $$$$) it really makes this car a bargain for the price of admission! It also has 17 inch Mustang 5 Spoke Aluminum wheels that have been added to the car and can be sold off if a more original look is desired. This Torino Brougham is a lot of car for the money and will make some lucky Torino aficionado a great winter project!! Please look at the pictures and ask any questions BEFORE you bid!!
