I have been burned too many times. no exceptions.Selling this car is being done with reluctance. I won't bore you with the details. My wife wanted to give me a birthday gift and have restoration done on this 1972 Ford Torino. Why spend money on restoring a base 4 door 6CYL Torino you ask? Because it was identical to the one my Dad gave me when I was 17. I found this Torino it in PA years ago with only 16K miles on it. I am the 2nd owner of the car and always enjoyed driving it. Anyway the guy who we gave the car to for work ended up being incompetent. He had it for a year and all he did was dissembled it and started working on it. He cut out the floor pans and some sanding. That was itAfter a year and numerous lies I repossessed the car and got my $ back. I put the car in storage and a year later here we are. Our 17-year-old will be going to college and we are moving soon. If I had time I could sell the parts separately and make a lot more money. The bottom line is I don't have the time to do that. Its complete EXCEPT the rear bumper which is being sold separately. The car is currently at a storage unit in Dahlonega, Georgia. The main body is covered under a shed. The remaining parts are in a storage unit. The car is Automatic, with Power Steering. The car had 60,000 original miles on it when it went into the idiot’s shop who ruined my car. I have receipts on work done on the car since I have had it (12 Years). Receipts provided of course

Cars this old in Maine are "Bill of Sale" state and won't issue titles. I currently have this car registered and have been driving it for the last two summers. It rides great and friends like going for rides in it. Car is all original and I have replaced distributor, alternator and starter. Not to include all fluids have been replaced 2 years ago including rear end, antifreeze and tranny. Oil and filter has been changing regularly, new brakes and brake lines and gas line. I live in Northern Maine and can deliver within the state for free via trailer.

I purchased this rolling chassis at a storage auction sale November/26/2015. It comes with all the chapter 59 paperwork to title. The front and rear glass were not there with Car? I loosely assembled the fenders and bumpers,dash,seats,etc to show what is there. The cluster and trim pieces that were found are in the trunk. There is minimal rust very easy to fix. It has an external Holley fuel pump with new fuel line and AN fittings. I have not seen a under body this clean in a long time. Original 302/auto car non gt I think the scoop was added I must sell ASAP. If there are Questions 9365201561.

Car would make a good restoration project or a parts car, car originally from north carolina, needs very little body work, floor pans, interior and either an engine rebuild or engine swap. numbers matching fastback with 250i6, 9inch rear, and three speed standard transmission. body is solid except for the floorpans,motor and tranny are out of the car, for the most part the electrical is good, realistically through dearborn classics around $3000 and the price of a paintjob you would have a great classic muscle car that would be a definite head turner. I have almost every original nut and bolt to the car. car is sold as is where is and buyer is responsible for shipping.

For sale is my 1976 Ford Gran Torino. It has 56,145 miles. Comes with the factory 351 Windsor that has been bored.030 over as well an after market cam. Aluminum intake and Holley 600 cfm carburetor. C4 transmission. Motor and Transmission have were rebuilt approx 3,000 miles ago. Car runs great and without flaw. Hood is not factory scoop and was put in by previous owner. Recent items added to car include: New dual exhaust with 14 inch magnaflow stainless steel mufflers- after market CD player and speakers installed and kept factory dash holes-driver and passenger side window seals and velvet-air conditioning vacuum control module installed. I purchased this car with the intention of keeping it but circumstances have changed and cant take it with me. I bought the Torino from a mechanic whom lives in my area and who performed all of the work. His contact info will be provided to seller for verification.

The car is kinda of a baby to me. The car has had a lot of work done to it in the past by me i put new calipers, wheel cylinders, brake shoes, brake pads front and back i installed coil over shocks front and back and a new brake master cylinder. The engine has had a new set of points and condenser cap and rotor wires and spark plugs. Then later on i installed a 4 barrel intake manifold (ford oem cast iron one) i wanted the car to look some what factory and a edelbrock 4 barrel carb. I was having issues with the passenger front brakes which is still a issue today. car hasent been running or driving for several months but im sure with a battery and gas i can fire this beast up. Having get rid of her due to the fact i got a job that requires a lot of driving and having to get a new car. The bad about the car is once again the brakes on the passenger front still having issues and that it has rust in the usual locations which is in the fender wells in the back of the car..... Let me state something this is not a gran torino a lot of people are not aware of how rare and unusual this car is. Ford in 1972 offered the torino and they offered a gran torino. The standard torino was as basic as they can come they only had heat no a/c and they had manual brakes (which the brakes worked fine with manual when it was working fine). 3 speed automatic still have the original 2 barrel intake I would prefer this car to be towed back but if not use your own disgretion the tires are old and had some brake issues with passenger front please contact me or submit a best offer if you feel price is to steep

1970 Ford Torino 2 door hardtop 302 A/T P/S eng sounds good with no smoke or rattles but needs carb work trans goes into gear car has been seatting for sometime needs headliner and dash pad seats and door panels are good this would be a great car for a quick build or GT clone

I have a 1972 Ford Gran Torino. It has a 302 and C4 automatic. This car has factory air-conditioning and it is mostly original besides the wheels and exhaust. It has 18x8 up front and 18x10 deep dish in the rear. Tires are cooper zeon all season. It has 2.5 inch dual exhaust with a x pipe and pypes violator mufflers and 4 inch stainless tips. This car runs and drives great, it sounds even better. The car has very little rust and paint is in decent condition. I would call it a 10 footer. You can hop in this car and drive it where ever you want. I have been driving it almost everyday since the weather is a lot nicer. I am looking to sell the car for 10,000 obo or I will trade.
