I personally hand picked this Mustang SSP at auction in 1993, it was the nicest one at the auction and sold for more money than others because it was mint. Please remember that this was a Police Car and it was driven like it was meant to be driven for the first 75,000 miles of its life. That means the lower radiator support may have scratches from crossing grassy medians at high speeds and other wear associated with Highway Patrol use. If you are looking for a really nice show car, this is it!!! If you are looking for a Flawless Mint Car, this is not your car!!! I would rate the car a 8.4 out of 10. I am very picky. I have owned over 30 of these cars since 1988 and have sold some from my collection for over $25,000. This is not the normal $5500 rusto mod you see on craigslist. The Carfax report is a little screwed up on odometer entry because the local inspector at the service station who completed the yearly safety inspection, just couldn't type in the correct miles into the state computer. The actual mileage is: 159,742, but the odometer on the car is only a 5 digit odometer showing 59,742. This Mustang CANNOT be driven in the State of Florida. I AM SELLING MY 1988 FORD MUSTANG NOTCHBACK. IT HAS A 5.0 ENGINE WITH HEADERS AND A FLOWMASTER EXHAUST. IT WAS ORIGINALLY A 4 CYLINDER CAR THAT WAS CONVERTED TO A 8 CYLINDER. IT HAS NO HEAT OR AC. ***Original one owner 1985 Ford Mustang LX runs great Mustang green red pinstripes original radiowith automatic car starter very straight body some chips on roof and trunk small flat dent on drivers side door interior clean nice cloth seats with crack free dashboard.When we bought the Mustand we upgrated it from a 4 cylinder to a 6 cylinder Mustang has new brakes,tie rods,spindels,bearings,rotors and muffler.The Mustang has 168,000 miles which comes out to 5,600 miles a year very low range.
