For sale 1967 Ford Galaxie 500 XL Convertible 390. The car was bought June of 2014, the previous owner had the car restored in 1997. The body is stellar, as you can see by the pictures. The chrome is complete and shines bright. The interior is immaculate, except for a few tiny tares in the inner side of the rag top. The car previous owner as well as myself have kept the car under a carport or garage, only driven to local fairs and car shows. The hubcaps have been replaced for rims , however I will include them in the price with tires attached. A/C and heater works perfect, cools instantly and warms up just as quickly. Lastly has a built in AM/FM functional radio, however the original is in place for looks. The antenna would need replacing , which has been purchased and is included. ASKING 20K /OBO. This Galaxie post was born a 352 V-8 3 Speed stick and was replaced with a 1966 427 side oiler "Fresh Engine" four speed transmission, 9 inch rear end with 3.91 gear. Rear drivers side taillight bezel has a break of about 2 inches, but an entire replacement for the lens with bezel runs about $40. Does have some dings here and there. Convertible top is good, but the braid on the rear left and right have separated. I am told a top guy can fix this for around $60-$80.
