A one owner truck & non-smoker, it has been well maintained & looked after. Truck is all original, including engine & transmission. Injectors, glow plugs along with valve cover wiring harnesses were all replaced at 300,000. Also two new 850 cca Interstate batteries along with complete brake job on all four wheels & new tires this year. For Sale : 2008 Ford F350 6.4L Diesel Crew Cab 4WD PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION AND *ESPECIALLY* LEGAL DISCLOSURE AT BOTTOM The pics shown were taken last week...they are current but I am currently installing a LED light bar in the center of the bumper and HID fog lights... I will update the pictures if I get it done before auction end. Included in price. For starters... I'm merely "testing the waters". Seeing if anyone has a special interest in my truck. Please don't call me or message me with low ball offers... if you have a reasonable offer ... i'd be glad to take it into consideration... and when i say "reasonable"... i mean "reasonable" in consideration to my LISTED price. I'm in no hurry to sell or get rid of this truck. The truck's title is kept at my local bank and is currently in a consolidation business loan... used as extra collateral, but can be released upon request. Theres really too many things to list... but i will list the main things. I performed mostly all the mechanical work to this truck. As I am particular to my vehicles or any other possession of mine... I like to do the work myself , so that i know it was done with the up-most care. Some times i take my own oil and filters up to the local lube and let them drop my oil... but i've done everything else. I own semis (18 wheelers)... so i do know about diesel engines in more dept than the avg diesel pickup owner. I've used rotella oil the life of this truck... it is in my opinion the best oil to use in anything heavy duty. Changed every 4k miles. There was one previous owner before me that put a lot of road miles in a short time. I bought the truck back in 2010 with 85K miles on it... the previous owner used rotella as well. He traveled all over for business hence the road miles. Over the three years or so I've owned it, i've only put about 45K miles on it. As far as more extensive maintenance care, I've also kept coolant additive in the coolant system to prevent cavitation and pitting (something that a lot of diesel owners don't know about) and changed the coolant every 20k to keep the oil coolers and such clean of particles. I originally started doing the aftermarket engine work...mainly for preventative reasons and as i got deeper into it... i went a step further to get the full performance package out of it without doing any internal engine changes. I've truly babied this truck just like i do anything else i have. In the pictures... i hadn't washed or cleaned it in a month or so... I'm adamant about a clean vehicle... but i'm not the person that goes to the car wash every weekend and spends 2 hours by the street wiping down their ride either... if you notice... i have coats, few papers, and whatknot laying in the floor boards. Its got bugs on the front from driving but will wash off. I wanted you guys to see it just as how it is on a daily basis. This isn't a ride that's been sent to the local detail shop and painted/dossed with armoral/ and covered up. Its simply a ride that's been truly taken care of. Its NEVER EVER seen mud or dirt roads. The under carriage looks that of a new truck. There's nothing mechanically or electronically wrong with this truck... everything works and is in good shape. The add ons are listed below... once again... not all but the main things. -SCT PROGRAMMER (FULLY OFFROAD EGR DELETED and CUSTOM TUNED... IT HAS ABOUT 7 TUNES ON IT NOW THAT CAN BE SELECTED THAT CONSIST OF TOW/STREET/DRAG. MY BEST TUNE FOR DRAG WILL ADD 250-300HP TO THE REAR WHEELS. TRUTHFULLY... I LEAVE IT ON THE TOW TUNE... THATS WHERE I KEEP IT, WHICH IS ROUGHLY A 100HP ADD. THE WAY I HAVE IT SET UP... YOU CAN RUN IT SAFELY ON ANY TUNE WITH MECHANICAL SENSE... MEANING... HAVING COMMON MECHANICAL SENSE WHEN WATCHING EGTs and ENGINE LOADS. -FULL EGR DELETE... THE COOLERS ARE COMPLETELY GONE, BRACKETS AND ALL... AND THE EGR HOUSING IS GONE, REPLACED WITH AFTER MARKET INTAKE ELBOW -DPF PARTICULATE FILTER IS FULLY DELETED AND WAS REPLACED WITH 5 INCH STRAIT PIPE FROM FRONT TO TAIL... 6" TIPTHE EXHAUST HAS BEEN PAINTED SEMIGLOSS BLACK TO HIDE FROM STANDING OUT... AND THE TIP IS A SEMI GLOSS (I CAN'T STAND TO SEE PEOPLES EXHAUST HANGING OUT BELOW THEIR TRUCK LIKE A SORE THUMB, PERSONAL PREFERENCE) -STAGE 2 COLD AIR INTAKE S&B WET FILTER -INTERCOOLER PIPES REPLACED WITH STAINLESS ROUND PIPES FOR FULL AIR FLOW -I RECENTLY INSTALLED A NEW UPDATED RADIATOR...(OLD ONE SPRUNG A LEAK IN LOWER DRIVER SIDE TANK SEEM AS 9 OUT OF 10 OF THESE TRUCKS DO) FORD COOLANT ALONG WITH AFTER MARKET ADDITIVE FOR CAVITATION AND DISTILLED WATER WAS USED TO REFILL. Just 129+k miles, very low for age of truck.No major rust, always a southern truck, see pics.351C gas engine Auto TransDually, Crew Cab, Runs great, Trans shifts good, 4x4 works well both high and low, rear tires recently new, front tires are worn a little from previous bad ball joints but now has new front ball joints. The body has a few dents and paint is oxidized but only minor surface rust due to age and no major rust. Always a southern truck. No bed included as pictured but has LED rear lights for driving, interior is rough with a few tears in the drivers seat, staining, and wear. The interior heat is stuck on defrost but works great and interior fan speeds all work. It is a work truck and was used originally by Alabama Power - fleet maintained. Has AC components, compressor engages, but does not blow cold. Lights work, brakes work great, no cracked glass. It's a work truck so though it drives great, it needs some work on small things. Has a fully functional radio. Has a little exhaust leak at the header. I have an extra set of two 6" wide steel wheels that will fit on the rear with normal offset I can include if you want them to run singles in the rear. This is a work tuck so it has a rough interior and a few dings and dents as well as oxidized paint. There are small less consequential that need TLC. I have priced it to sell well below KBB value for miles with the understanding that it needs some TLC. The truck runs and drives great but due to age it is for sale as is.
