I got plenty of "alone time" with the vehicle without anyone breathing down my neck. It took three visits for me to finalize my choice and they didn't make me feel like a burden. Their mechanics do comprehensive check ups and they'll give you a copy to see the notes etc. Even though their reviews were already so glowing, and their reputation of integrity was so loud, I needed to have an outside mechanic check the van before dropping $15,000. They had no problem with that, as long as you bring the van back the same day. The mechanic I found, also in Palo Alto, gave the car a totally clean bill of health. He pointed out one small cosmetic detail that did not affect the vehicle's performance at all, almost as if he wanted me to feel I was getting my money's worth. Their mechanics do comprehensive check ups and they'll give you a copy to see the notes etc. Even though their reviews were already so glowing, and their reputation of integrity was so loud, I needed to have an outside mechanic check the van before dropping $15,000. They had no problem with that, as long as you bring the van back the same day. The mechanic I found, also in Palo Alto, gave the car a totally clean bill of health. He pointed out one small cosmetic detail that did not affect the vehicle's performance at all, almost as if he wanted me to feel I was getting my money's worth.
