This is a very clean 2006 Ford E250 Van with ONLY ~~~~49300~~~~ original miles. The vehicle history report is clean. We are the 2nd owner All Tie Downs, Fire Extinguisher, Reflective Triangles, and First Aid Kit Included with the Van This Van is equipped with the power Braun Vista Model # NVL9171B Wheelchair Lift, which operates perfectly. It also has front and rear air conditioning, and the high top for extra headroom clearance. There is capacity for One wheel chair (including the tie downs) and 4 additional rear occupants with foldaway seats. I have taken out 2 Folding seats but go with the sale of the Van. There has been only 2 owners since new, which was a private health care company, then I purchased it with 37,000 Miles. This vehicle was fully serviced every 3000 miles, and got the best service and care at every maintenance interval regardless of cost, Synthetic Oil used every time. The van Also has 4 Brand New Tires with less than 500 Miles on them. This Van runs and drives beautifully. The 5.4L engine runs strong and smoothly, and the transmission shifts perfectly. The suspension and steering feel nice and tight. The tires are all showing most of their tread, and the brake pads are in excellent condition as well. The oil & filter and the air filter were freshly changed, and there aren’t any service indicators or warnings lights on. The White finish is glossy and in great condition over the entire body. It is the top of the line executive series black exterior on all black leather interior. It is equipped for 12 passengers but the van is registered as 15 passenger. Since it is the extended version there is plenty of space behind the rear seats for luggage. Each seat is reclining except the rear 4 seats with individual seat belt and privacy light. The window behind the driver and the one on the passenger rear door are not fixed but can be slightly opened. In addition the window behind the driver can be removed for emergency exit of passengers. The van has conversion high top roof, very handy for easy access to the rear seats for taller people. The van is equipped with dual zone (front and rear) heat and AC for best comfort of passengers. It has all the power features - remote keyless entry, power windows, power doors, power mirrors with integrated blind spot small mirror, privacy glass, etc. It comes with AM/FM radio + single CD player (or MP3 ) + has an additional audio in jack + 2 regular 12V power outlets. Selling my 2004 Ford E150 high top conversion van ( LA west conversion). I am the second owner of this garage kept van with all service records. Oil changed like clockwork and very well kept. 4 cloth captions chairs with back bench seat that folds down into bed. All shades are in perfect condition, no rips or tears. Brand new $2,700 transmission was put in at 80,00 miles. Runs and looks great.Front and back heat and air conditioning vents. Stickers good through 1/2015. The only reason for selling this van is because we are going to buy a motorhome. Here are a few minor wear and tear items, one small hole in passenger seat, ( see pic)one crack on passenger side running board,(see pic) 13 inch tv that turns on but not a clear picture. This is has never been an issue for us because we have always used our portable dvd player. You will have to figure this issue out on your own. We will be sorry to see this go but happy for the next owner. I choose the right to end this auction early as I am selling this item locally.
