***This is a true SURVIVOR, an unrestored, and unmolested Original vehicle showing signs of gentle use for the past 45 years ****For your consideration is an original and unrestored 1970 Dodge Dart Swinger, in Green over two-tone Green with a Black vinyl roof. It is currently showing 25,332 miles. I drive it on the weekends, so there may be a few more miles showing when viewed. The car has a few nicks and scratches earned from its 45 years on this earth, and shows exceptionally well for its age, as seen in the photos.The car has original paint, interior, and even has its original spare tire, jack and trunk mat. The car has had mats on the floor, front and back, since new and the carpet shows no signs of wear. Car has the Dodge installed jack instructions in the trunk, and VIN sticker in the door jam, etc., as you’d expect. This car even has the front license plate bolts in the glove compartment still in the original envelope. I've seen many old Mopars over the years and the original front license plate bolts in the paper envelope are a first for me. The grease pencil "ok" and "ok2" marks under the rear license plate from the manufacturing line indicating the paint on the vehicles sides passed inspection are still in tact. Vehicle is as delivered, 2-door hardtop, equipped with the original 225ci/6, automatic transmission, manual brakes, and power steering. Starts, runs and drives, as you’d expect from a low mileage original car. I have the original wheels, tires and hubcaps and they are included in this sale. History of the car as I know it. My father bought this car almost 10 years ago from the brother of the original owner. The original owner was a schoolteacher, who drove the car occasionally, and kept the car in the garage when not driven. She passed away, and my father bought the Dart from her brother when he was settling her estate. We have owned and enjoyed it since. If you're looking for a truly rare and unmolested car, this is it. This car is not a barn find that requires a total restoration to drive and enjoy, this vehicle has been cared for and maintained as a driver since new. It has the original warranty paperwork and owners manual as well.
