Purchased from the original owner at 19,000 miles I've had it since 2009 and it has 26,000 on it now. Drive anywhere anytime A/C and Heat work, cruise works, new radiator, hoses water pump and thermostat keep it cool. New battery, brakes, idler arm, shocks and muffler in the past year. 440 V8 NON LEAN BURN super rare but it means no funky electronic controls just standard Chrysler bulletproof ignition. The has been garage kept since I bought it but I do have a weatherproof cover that I will include. Front seat has unusual wear but the rest of the interior including armrests is near perfect. Have the original working 8 track but I replaced it with Chrysler CD/Cassette stereo to maintain stock look and the speakers were upgraded for nice sound while cruising. Show worthy as it sits buy and drive with no surprises. It needs a windshield which I will have replaced for new owner. Here we have a beautiful 1976 Chrysler New Yorker Brougham. I purchased this vehicle from close family friends who were the original owners of the vehicle. They bought it new from Cleburne County Motors in Heber Springs Arkansas back in 1976. The husband of our family friend passed away and his widow sold me the vehicle. They always had the vehicle kept in the garage. The car has sat in the garage for the past 10 years without being driven because of our friends failing health. The vehicle runs and drives great. the interior is in excellent condition, the body of the car is in excellent condition, the outside vinyl top is the original and is not faded or ripped. Upon my purchase of the vehicle, here is the list of the new parts put on the vehicle:replaced the fuel tank, fuel tank sending unit, put on new belts, new idler pulley, new AC compressor, new AC lines. new AC dryer. new rebuilt carburetor, new intake manifold gasket. new valve cover gaskets. flushed out the radiator cooling system, new transmission filter and fluid. new rear end fluid change. new spark plugs, new spark plug wires, new distributor cap and rotor. new exhaust gas recirculate valve. new air filter. new front brake rotors, new front wheel bearings, new front brake pads, new front brake calipers, new front brake flex hoses, new rear brake calipers, new rear brake flex hose, new rear brake shoes, new master cylinder, new brake booster, flushed out brake lines. all 4 new tires and new full size spare tire in trunk. new steering idler arm. new engine temperature sensor. The car has power windows, the front windows go up and down with no problem, the rear windows are not working, I don't know if its a relay switch or something else, and the front passenger window switch has the tab broken off, however the switch still works and window functions properly. the rear windows not working are the only problem with the vehicle that I am aware of. - vehicle has a Clean, Clear title.- buyers are welcome to come and inspect the vehicle, and test drive, by appointment before bidding. 1977 CHRYSLER NEW YORKER BROUGHAM 2 DOOR COUPE. FULLY LOADED 94000 original kilometres or 56400 miles, 440 AUTOMATIC, PS, PB, PT, PW , PDL, CC (previous owner removed the Chrysler lean burn system and added a Carter carb but didn't hook up CC,needs to be hooked up but worked previously), P ANTENNAE (still works, everything power works even the analog clock), P drivers seat (not heated - didn't have that back then haha), TELESCOPIC STEERING WHEEL, REAR FENDER SKIRTS, EVERY PASSENGER HAS THEIR OWN ASTRAY WITH A WORKING LIGHTER, HIDEAWAY HEADLIGHTS (hideaway headlights work, all lights on the vehicle work, from the signal lights on top of the fender to the signals on side of fender and front corners, backup reverse lights, brake lights, interior door and roof light) PILLOW TOP RICH CORINTHIAN LEATHER SEATS (except for a small separation between the pillow top and seat on the drivers seat as seen in pic 3, the seats are rip free and flawless), INTERIOR IS LIKE NEW (it is actually the reason I bought the car, no cracks in dash pad, carpet virtually in like new condition except on lt drivers kick panel it has come unglued), TINTED WINDOWS (all 4 windows work except passenger door needs alignment to be perfect), Clarion Pro Audio CD player with Alpine 5.25" front 6x9" rear speakers (head unit has capability of 3 amplifiers and RCA AUX input), ALL GAUGES WORK (speedometer, fuel, charging, temperature and idiot lights). Thermos in the pictures are a 2 piece wire spoke wheel but the wire spokes have been removed due to one falling off on the highway and not noticing - now it is just the chrome rim which still looks good but 1-2 are pitted - I put on the rear I believe as with the skirts on you don't notice it). ALL PARTS LISTED BELOW ARE NEW fuel tank with mounting straps, fuel line, fuel pumpaluminum 4 core radiatorfrom manifold back dual exhaust (has a small exhaust leak but I believe it is gasket between manifold and exhaust pipe)Selling high volume oil pumpbatteryspark plugs and wireswater pump Car is drivable the way it is but to make ir really nice it does require body work and paint. It is a very solid car. There is some rust but that is normal for a car of this age and price range, most of it is surface rust but there are two holes on the edge of the trunk that you can see in the trunk picture and the paint doesn't exactly match in places due to previous repairs. There is a slight ding in the drivers door but easily repairable by a confident bodyman. A previous owner removed the vinyl top due to it starting to cause rust (surface again) but all the trim and badges are on the vehicle. Car runs and drives great, I drove it as is and was never afraid to jump in and drive on highway trips or in the city (runs cool, idles great, stops like it should, starts easy, rides like a boat haha). One last issue I can think of is the climate control doesn't work, I had a mechanic look at it and he advised it was the control unit in the dash as he could power it up separately. Easy to replace, just pull dash panel off just have to find one and should be easy. Any questions feel free to ask, I have described the car to the best of my knowledge. i rescued her after sitting for 2 years No expenses were spared overhauling the engine and transmission new fuel tank and sending unit. car runs like a freight train! A/c blows but cold as it should when driving my mechanic says its the expansion valve and orifice tube that needs to be replaced other than that she is A1. paint and interior is all his car needs i have invested almost twice the amount im asking will negotiate but no low ballin .new headlight motor already installed. 500 part alone have receipts to show for all parts and work done .my wife wants her gone she is currently stored indoors vinyl top was removed to remove very small amount of surface rust in one section only

What we have here is my 1974 Chrysler New Yorker Brougham St. Regis. It is triple white—white paint, white vinyl top, and white interior. Pretty close to all original. Very nice considering it is 41 years old and unrestored. Runs and drives well. 84,000 Miles. Has the 440 V-8. Original carburetor is gone and it has what appears to be a Holley in its place. Seems to run well. Does not leak all over the place. I believe it has some sort of aftermarket mufflers on it because it has a nice rumble to it. Sounds good. Has a new alternator and new battery. Starts, runs, drives and stops well. Drives surprisingly nice for its age. Transmission shifts smooth. Interior is extremely nice for its age and clean. Seats are almost perfect except for a couple of small splits, one on the driver’s seat and one on the back passenger side seat. Dash is very nice, no cracks. Headliner is clean, but has a couple small splits. Could be stitched up easily. Has the original AM/ FM/ 8 Track. 8 Track player still works, but radio only gets reception on a few stations. Paint looks to be mostly original from what I can tell. Has its fair share of dings, chips, and thin spots in the paint as you would expect from 41 years of use, but still looks presentable and turns plenty of heads. Bottom edge of the trunk lid and bottom of the doors are rusted through, but other than that it is pretty solid. Back edge of the trunk lid appears to have been painted as well as the plastic bumper filler pieces and inside door jambs. Disclosures-- Heater core had a small pinhole leak and has been bypassed. Did not bother me enough to fix it because it is not driven in the winter. A/C system is complete, but does not blow ice cold. Compressor still turns on when you activate the A/C, but does not produce cold air. Freon is probably low and needs to be topped off. Does not have the conversion fittings on it so I assume it is still running R-12. Blower motor resistor is bad and has been wired in direct with a toggle switch. Tires are an older matched set of Michelins. They still have plenty of tread on them. Driver side door keyhole is finicky sometimes and takes some wiggling of the key to work. Passenger side keyhole works just fine. Fuel gauge does not work, reads empty all the time. Vinyl top has a few small splits and is slightly pulling away from the windshield. Passenger side valve cover seeps a little oil. Leaks onto the exhaust manifold. All of these issues are relatively minor, none of which really hinder the drive ability of the car, but regardless I wanted them known so you know what you are getting. There are a lot of extra parts in the trunk that will be included with the sale. If there is anything else you need to know, do not hesitate to ask, I am very honest. I will get back to you as soon as I can. A $500 nonrefundable deposit is due within 48 hours of auction end. The balance is to be paid in cash upon pickup. Any shipping arrangements are to be made by the buyer. Vehicle is located in and will be available for pickup in Shorewood Illinois near I-55 and I-80.
