What has been done: New radiator, new water pump, brakes rebuilt, new battery, temperature gauge installed, new valve cover gasket, valves adjusted.What it still needs to be "PERFECT", New seatbelt buckle installed on passenger side as it broke, I will throw in the new buckle in with the sale. Brake booster replaced to smooth out idle, new carburetor (found one for only $200), new paint, small dents removed, new vinyl top, visor cloth fixed, possibly new cat converter, exhaust pipe tightened up, tiny transmission leak fixed, trim replaced or repaired on outside bumper area, etc.PROS: RUNS AND DRIVES WITHOUT STALLING, INTERIOR EXTREMELY GOOD SHAPE.DASHBOARD NOT CRACKED! RADIO WORKS, EVA WORKS, ALL GAUGES WORK! MANUAL WINDOWS AND CRANK. NO ELECTRONICS, NO OBD1 COMPUTER! CARBURATED. GETS 22-23 MPG. LOSES VERY LITTLE OIL OVER A VERY LONG DRIVE.QUIET CAR. NO KNOCKS, NO NOISE. HAS BEEN DRIVEN 1,600 MILES SINCE AUGUST 1ST WITH NO PROBLEMS, BECAUSE I AM A CAR GUY WHO RESPECTS OLD CARS AND KNOWS WHAT THEY NEED. IMPORTANT (HOW NOT TO MESS UP THIS CAR): CHECK TRANSMISSION FLUID LEVEL EVERY TWO WEEKS OR 500 MILES, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST. DO THE BASIC MAINTENANCE. BEAR IN MIND THE MISTUBUSHI 2.6 ENGINE IN THIS CAR WAS NOT DESIGNED FOR STEEP HILL DRIVING IN HOT WEATHER, SO DO NOT ATTEMPT THE GRAPEVINE OR CERTAIN GRADES IN TEMPS HIGHER THAN 90 DEGREES. YOU MAY NEED TO MODIFY THE COOLING SYSTEM WITH A DUAL CORD RADIATOR. BEAR IN MIND THE 2,6 HAD NO POWER UP HILL, SO 50-60 MPH IS NOT UNUSUAL. THIS CAR IS FOR CRUISING AND ENJOYMENT, NOT FOR SPEED. IF YOU DON'T LIKE THIS CAR, GO GET A HONDA RICER.
