What happens if I arrive at the facility and I see that the vehicle is missing parts, its not what it seemed to be in the images, it was tampered with, keys are missing etc.? What should I do? We advertise all of our vehicles on an AS IS basis. If for any reason you receive a vehicle that is completely inaccurate from its description (ie, VIN, Run & Drive, Gasoline or Diesel, Clean or Salvage Title) please contact our offices and we will assist you in an exchange or a refund depending on which payment method was applied. As far as keys are concerned, neither do the auctions nor do we guarantee keys. For those customers that retrieve the vehicles from the facility, please be aware once the gate release has been issued, and the vehicle has left the yard, NO REFUNDS will be accepted. Is it worth buying a salvage repairable vehicle? The answer is yes, the salvage industry is a billion dollar industry. People around the world purchase vehicles to rebuild. Certain states have stricter rebuilt title laws than others. Some states register parts only vehicles when others do not. There is no rhyme or reasoning why a vehicle with light damage has a salvage title and a vehicle with serious damage has a clean title. Over the years we have learned to accept what the insurance companies offer in particular states. Please be aware of this process, research your state laws and the cost of parts and labor, then make your decision. Yes, the photos are provided to us by the holding facility of the actual vehicle using a digital camera. Our photos are NEVER photo shopped. Please feel free to present our images to a local repair shop to obtain fair and reasonable repair estimates. WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET! 3. Where is the vehicle? Vehicles are stored nationwide at holding facilities and insurance auctions that store and/or resell vehicles for the insurance companies through Buy Now, live auctions, online auctions, sealed bid auctions, pure sale auctions and reserve bid auctions. 4. How long will it take to get my title? Typically, titles take about 10 to 15 business days to be mailed after the vehicle has been released. Our title department processes titles weekly. Gate releases may take 5 to 10 business days to acquire prior to picking up any vehicle from the holding facility. Can an Insurance Company decide to take back the vehicle after it has been paid for? Yes, this may happen in rare occasions. You need to understand the process, your state laws, research the cost of parts and labor, then make your decision. Yes, the photos are provided to us by the holding facility of the actual vehicle using a digital camera. Our photos are NEVER photo shopped. Vehicles are stored nationwide at holding facilities and insurance auctions that store and/or resell vehicles for the insurance companies through Buy Now, live auctions, online auctions, sealed bid auctions, pure sale auctions and reserve bid auctions. 4. How long will it take to get my title? Typically, titles take about 10 to 15 business days to be mailed after the vehicle has been released. Our title department processes titles weekly. Gate releases may take 5 to 10 business days to acquire prior to picking up any vehicle from the holding facility. This is a beautiful one owner truck. I used it to pull a 5th wheel camper to and from MI to FL and the 5 wheel hitch is included along with a 5th wheel louvered tailgate and an aluminum air deflector that attaches to the roof for towing. The hich t is a 15K slider in excellent condition. The truck has the 35 gallon fuel tank, oil/transmission cooler and brake controller as part of the towing package. I am selling because I no longer tow the trailer. Everything works as it should. The truck has never been in snow and comes with a truck cover. In addition to the many options listed above it has these extras: Window Vents, Chrome Bug Shield, Rubber Bed Mat, New Tri- Fold Toneau Cover, Custom Mud Flaps, New Stainless Running Boards, Swing Out Bed Step and K & N Lifetime Air Filter. New Michelin tires The 6.0 Liter V8 coupled to a 3.73 Posi traction differential by the 6 speed automatic transmission pulled my trailer well with reasonable fuel millage.
