Up for sale is a 1996 Chevrolet S10. This is a regular cab,short bed truck. It has 113755 miles on it. 2.2 motor.Automatic with overdrive. AC (has leak),tilt,cruise. Runs good,get in and go anywhere. I bought the truck to resell. I have drove it with no problems thus far. The motor runs good and it seems to get good gas mileage. The transmission shifts as it should. I have noticed what sounds like a small exhaust leak (could be wrong), I don't know where it is coming from because I have not had time to look. The truck has basically new tires on it bought 4 months ago. They are a bigger size than what should be on it-235 and they should be 205. The interior is in good condition but there is a couple cracks in the dash and the top of the armrest is broken down like they do. The seats,door panels and headliner are all in good shape. Somebody put a GMC steering column in it-I guess they wanted tilt wheel. The paint on the truck is good but there is a couple runs. On one corner of the front bumper the paint is peeling-no big deal.It has a steel cowl hood and roll pan, not fiberglass.It looks like there is some hail damage(dings) on the hood,really hard to see but they are there.Somebody used roll on bedliner for the bed and it is coming off in a few spots. The bed was put on because underneath is red and the truck used to be blue.Also there is aftermarket fog lights on it that I will switch out for factory ones if I can find a cheap set. The biggest issue with the truck is that the ac has a leak. I have not had it checked out so I don't know where it is leaking-it currently does not work. It needs a few little things like the spring put back in the driver door,the driver side lock does not work and it needs a spare-all of these things I will try to work on. I do have an aftermarket CD player coming for it that I will install. I will consider any reasonable offer. You are welcome to come and drive the truck and check it out.
