For sale 2004 Cherolet Monte Carlo SS INDIMIDATOR Clean carfax/ 143 k miles This car runs out 100% and has no mechanical problems. No check engine light or any other warning light.Engine and trans are 100%. Exterior paint looks nice and fresh. UP FOR SALE IS A 1986 Monte Carlo SS which is a beautiful survivor car. It is all stock with the exception of power moonroof, updated radio with IPod and speakers, 2inch cowl hood, LED Headlights(so driving at night is like driving a new car), battery, tires and radiator. I have all paperwork from when the car was new in a binder Two inches wide with all receipts. The hood was professionally finished so it is perfectly straight and matched perfectly. Also I have the original hood if the new owner wants it. All the fluids have been changed and the car is ready to drive anywhere. The car is an honest beautiful car that has always been garage kept and babied. It drives beautifully like a 30k mile car should. Purchased through a friend who had the car and only drove it on nice days. It was not for sale to the public for more than 12 years. Please look at my feed back. I am honest and do not mislead anyone. The reason for selling it is that I was going to redo the car and put a LS engine and a stick, but this car is too nice and original to cut up. Under the hood I powder coated the front metal panel that attaches to the header panel which was dull and did not look as good as the rest of the engine bay. The car does not leak any fluids. I really can't express how nice and well kept this car is. If you drove these cars when they were new then you will know this car drives like a new car. I drove a Monte SS when they were new and car is like new. 95% of the Monte SS out there are worn out and have been beat to death. This car has been taken care and babied all its life. If you see and drive this car, YOU WILL BUY IT! These cars are just going up in value and this car has all the things to be a solid investment; original paint, condition and paperwork. 1987 Monte Carlo SS Areocoupe, Original 82,000 miles and numbers matching car. 305 cu in V8, auto, PS, PB, PW, PL, PT, AC, bucket seats / consol, etc. Car just under went a full cosmetic restoration. Car has all original sheet metal, and is very solid. Car was stripped of the original paint and new base coat / clear coat factor white was applied. Car has all new wheather stripping and door and trunk seals. Wheels where repowdered coated and new BFG tires where put on. The interior is all original except for a new rug. The interior is in great shape, dash is not cracked, headliner is still up and intact . All for the cars black trim was refinished in the correct finish. New door and trunk lid decals where installed (not pictured). I am the third owner of the car, and have the original window sticker, and books that came with the car. Car runs and drives good, but needs a few mechanical odds and ends. Car needs a tune up, the front end need upper A arm bushings, there is an exhaust leak, and it has a leaky rear brake line. 1986 Monte Carlo LS (150,000 miles on the body). 350 engine and 700r4 transmission out of a 1988 caprice, (Had 130,000 on it) Converted to TBI Fuel injection. Planned on making this car my daily diver, but don't have the money to keep restoring it. Car is in really good condition, with very little to almost no rust maybe a tiny spot here or there some paint chips. Engine runs pulls strong and makes really nice torque, trans shifts good. TBI system works good but sometimes is a little fickle, may need tuning/chip thought about converting back to carburetor. I have done A LOT of work on this car in the past year.
