This is a true factory SS Chevy Impala from 1966. The engine is a correct 396 big block V8 with zero miles on a complete rebuild. The transmission was rebuilt less than 3 months ago. This car runs and drives great. The body was removed for a frame - off restoration. $15,000 was spent on professionally removing all the rust and having new floor pans put in the car. This car is truly rust free. It has a brand new front windshield. I have all the trim pieces and glass, as well as the top and brackets/ribs that go with the top. The seats have not been recovered. Fronts are good, back seat and door panels will need to be tended too. This car is ready for paint and final cosmetics. I also have the original SS hubcaps and a clear title. 1964 Impala SS Convertible - $12,500 (McAlester, OK) For Sale: 1964 Impala SS Convertible. Full restoration started. New floor pans, trunk pan, rear quarters, inner fenders, rear fenders. New bows deck lid, hood. Frame has been powder coated along with core support and all bumper mounts along with anything that bolts to frame. Have all new wiring harness, bolts, grill, fuel lines, and fuel tank. Car has new power disc brake system with all new A-arms springs for 409 engine. Includes original 327-250 HP engine and auto transmission. Original rear end still in car. All interior parts are with car plus one set of extra bucket seats and tail lights and shifter. Have all pieces of stainless molding in excellent condition no straightening required. All original badges. Restoration has been done in first class way. Car was originally red body with white interior and top.
