This 2003 Corvette Z06 is a real head turner. This is not your average Corvette. This is a car built for domination on the streets or on the track. This is my 70 year old father-in-law's pride and joy. He spent more time upgrading it than he did driving it. It only has 26000 miles on it! He's selling it because he just purchased a 2015 Z06 and would like to free up some space in the garage. It has been well taken care of, never abused and this beauty has been thoroughly upgraded. THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL Z 06 THAT "ALMOST " AS IN HORSESHOES AND ATOM BOMBS,,, ALMOST MISSED THE 4 INCH SAPLING......ON THE SIDE OF THE BIRM.NO AIRBAGS WERE DEPLOYED. UNDER ACCELERATION CAR GOT A LITTLE SIDEWAYS AND THE RH REAR BUMPER COVER AND QUARTER PANEL CAUGHT THE SMALL TREE. IT IMPACTED THE MOST AT THE REAR BUMPER AREA AND BROKE THE OUTER TAIL LAMP AND SIDE MARKER. WHAT WAS REPLACED?REAR REBAR-HAD TO BE WELDED ON (ITS ALUMINUM)REAR BUMPER COVER AND RH OUTER LIGHTRH SIDE MARKER LAMPRH QUARTER PANELDECK LIDREAR TUB WAS REPLACED WITH A GOOD TUB FROM A CAR THAT WAS HIT IN THE FRONT.THE CAR HAS HAD A 4 WHEEL ALIGNMENT AND IS DRIVING GREATIT HAS A "WV SALVAGE CERTIFICATE" THAT IS A MARKETABLE PIECE OF PAPER LIKE A TITLE. YOU WILL HAVE TO TAKE THE CAR THRU THE PROCESS IN YOUR STATE. I HAVE THE BEFORE PICTURES AND HAVE RECEIPTS FOR PARTS THAT WERE BOUGHT. THE CAR WAS TRADED IN AT A DEALER IN NC AND MY FRIEND BOUGHT THIS AND HAD THIS MISHAP THE FIRST FEW DAYS IN MARCH AFTER TAKING IT FOR AN INSPECTION TO GET IT TITLED IN WV... THE INSURANCE PAID OUT 41K ON IT. HE PURCHASED IT BACK(retained the car) AND I DID THE REPAIR. I HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR 41 YEARS THIS YEAR.I HAVE REPAIRED A LOT OF CORVETTES AND THIS IS A TRUE CREAMPUFF, no suspension damage!!!no airbags! deployed.THESE LOW IMPACT REPAIRABLE VETTES ARE NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND,, THIS ONE WAS ONE OF THOSE RARE HITS. I HAVE ALL THE BOOKS,NAV CD , MANUALS , WINDOW STICKER THE CAR HAS THE APPEARANCE OF ALWAYS BEING GARAGED AND ITS FOR SURE A NON SMOKER. I AM PLANNING ON GETTING 31K FOR THIS CAR SO THAT I MAY PURCHASE A LOW MILE AUTOMATIC CONVERTIBLE THAT IS IN THE 30K VALUE BALLPARK. OR POSSIBLY A C 7 COUPE???
