Great looking and driving true 1969 Chevelle SS black straight rust free car with all original panels including trunk and floor pans. Very clean undercarriage and frame, car retains its original born with 4 speed M20 wide ratio trans with vin to match car. Also has original its original born with 12 bolt rear end with a stamp of CW 11 21 B ratio is 3:31 open, car ,by the trim tag is a original bench seat four speed car. Car by trim tag is originally Cortez silver with a black vinyl top. But the black exterior and buckets and console present well. paint is older but still shines and looks good does have a flaw on drivers side taillight housing, easy touch up. The engine is not the original to car but is a 1972 402 that has been fully rebuilt 30 over balanced rotating assembly by professional shop back in 2006 but not a whole lot of miles on. Engine runs very nice and strong, great cruiser, has factory disc brakes as true SS cars do and car was built in Kansas plant as most SS cars were. I will gladly post or send interested parties more pics car is truly a solid all original panel car, not patched up. I am just out of room and am working on a project, car is for sale locally so can sell at anytime. Up for auction is a Canada built and documented true 1969 Chevelle SS 396 see picture of the document. I was told when I bought the car it had a rebuilt 396 engine. I put less than 500 miles on it since I've owned it. It has a 400 automatic transmission and 12 bolt posi differential, I believe with 411 gears (very steep) not good high way gears. It is a very solid car with the under side cleaned and painted black (looks great) as does whole car. It runs and sounds good. But the car is not perfect after all it is 47 years old. (This is not a numbers matching car) The motor and transmission is long gone. Canada built GM cars have a better record documentation of their Chevelle's and prove if they are or not legit SS Chevelles . Again this is a very solid and beautiful looking Chevelle SS. It is a real head turner. It is painted bright red now but it is not the original red color. The original color was garnet red. Let the pictures of the car tell the story.
