SUV is in great condition...just bought it over summer, had all the minor paint issues fixed at pro shop (including a painted hitch cover,) and underside oil sprayed for winter, but my situation has changed and I no longer need this. Really a great truck too...has the 6.0 liter v8, 4wd and AWD rides great with the rear air ride, steering is super tight, no squeaks or rattles. Has GM 20's, front and rear air/heat, front and second row heated seats, dual hvac controls, rear hvac controls. I have two sets of keys and four wireless/remote start fobs (old ones were looking ratty so I got new ones,) and I swapped out all the interior lights for blue LED. Has 128250 miles...will change slightly but not drastically. Has brand new nitro fill Michelen tires, full set of Weathertech mats and cargo mat. Far as I am aware it is as fully loaded as you can get, and it's a HARD to find color combo having black leather inside of the white diamond paint. Hard to get clean pics as it is so cold here now, but I'll put up what I have, and reiterate that this thing is damn near perfect for the age of the SUV. TITLE IN HAND!!! This Suburban is company owned and was used to transport employees to trade shows, airports and other company business. It has never been abused, off road or otherwise mis handled. Mechanically it is 100% functional. The only issue with this truck is the OEM nav system. It does not and we opted not to fix it since it never got used anyway. We have an on site detailing department that keeps all the company cars clean and detailed. This truck has gotten regular cleaning. Then interior and carpet are in great shape and the paint is virtually flawless. This truck does come with WeatherTech floor mats. Oil and filter have been changed every 10,000 miles with Mobil 1 products. We have kept this in a garage about 99.9% of the time (save for the occasional time where it is parked outside at a hotel or something like that) The only issue you might see is a little water damage on the clear coat wheel paint. It might not be a big thing to you, but we included a photo of it anyway so you can see what I am talking about. This Suburban is perfect for your airplane hanger if you need a great courtesy car for guest, or if you are a family and you need an ultra long haul high capacity car. We recently moved to Ohio and used the truck to pull a trailer from Tennessee to Ohio and made many trips with it!  The truck starts right up, runs and drives very well. The transmission shifts smoothly and the air conditioner works well. Te truck has Warn Locking Hubs. The portion of the seat where the driver sits is torn. We have listed the miles as they appear on the odometer and we unsure if it is 38257 or 138257. Tires are good and I would drive this truck anywhere.
