It has a rebuilt 350 V8, Headers, Edelbrock intake, Holley carb, Summit & MSD ignition system and rebuilt Muncie 4 speed. Console with gauges, gas gauge in console. Tic-Toc-Tachometer ( tachometer works clock does not) 12 bolt posi rear. Power Steering, Power Front Disc Brakes. Rear Spoiler. Everything is new or in like new condition. To include top and rear window, interior, all chrome, wheels, tires, Retro sound Radio (this is a radio that you can hook up CD and what ever else you want by plugging into the back, fits in dash without cutting it up). Paint is excellent, stripes are painted on and match interior. We have this car priced way under the money for a SS Convertable 4 speed. Mint elderly gentleman one owner original paint 2010 Chevy Camaro SS 1SS with low original miles 4,035. Garage kept, Carfax certified mileage and accident free. This vehicle was ordered with the V8 LS3 6.2L engine, 6 speed manual transmission, 3.45 axle ratio, RARE Imperial blue metallic paint, black cloth seats, $510.00 black hood and hockey stripe package, $495.00 Boston Acoustics premium 9-speaker system. Cannot find another V8 SS Imperial Blue 6 sp black strip car anywhere online. The Original Owner opted not to have leather or a sunroof, he just wanted the motor and Camaro performance without the flash as reflected in body color combo. The RARE Imperial blue metallic paint and black hockey stripes are a subtle sleeper look in my opinion, not flashy like a red with white stripe. The paint truly is metallic I tried capturing a picture with the sun, it glitters in the sun and is dark blue from a distance. I have the original build sheet, all manuals, Carfax, 2 original keys with dealer key chain, receipt for new battery in 2015, and receipt for oil change at 3,000 miles. I have the original clean NY title in original owner’s name showing 4 miles. There is an aftermarket K&N air filter. I still have the spotless original factory air cleaner element in trunk. The Chevy Camaro SS came standard with features such as dual exhaust, keyless entry, fog lamps, BREMBO brakes with ABS, traction control,…. I looked over the car carefully. It is in mint condition with very limited imperfections that other seller’s wouldn’t bother disclosing. It has been on the road less than 4,100 miles and the condition reflects limited use and garage stored. I must note a 4” curb rash on passenger side front wheel. Any wheel repair shop can refinish the painted aluminum rim, I chose not to as I want the car all original with nothing to hide. I see a ¾” scratch on trunk lid above Chevy bowtie not down to raw metal still blue just in clear coat. A very unnoticeable very shallow ping on top of driver’s side rear quarter sort of buy trunk lid. Maybe a hairline abrasion that can be buffed out. There is a decent amount of square footage on the body and I honestly can’t find flaws. Interior is as clean as you’d expect for any garage kept sports car with only 4,035 miles. All buyers are encouraged to inspect. No joy rides. If you come with money and bid through eBay you are welcome to take it for a spin around my neighborhood if the roads are not salty. This vehicle was never driven in snow or NY winters. It appears new underneath and under the hood. My Buy it Now is firm don’t waste your time with low ball offers. VERY RARE 1968 RS/SS Camaro4 spd Convertible Matching NumbersGreat Investment This rare 68 RS/SS was owned by a little old lady who purchased the car new & owned it for 35 yrs. In 2003 she sold it to her neighbor who had it painted and the L48 engine & the Muncie tranny rebuilt to factory specs. I purchased the car from her neighbor in 2016. Since 2003 there has only been a little more then 20,000 miles put on this beautiful machine. This RS/SS is in excellent condition a strong # 2. # 1 being a trailer queen # 5 being a basket case. The interior is in great condition the high back headrest bucket seats are not original they are from a 69. The only thing it needs is each bucket seat has a 2 inch area that has to be restitched. These are NOT tears it's right on the seam where the stitching separated in the exact same spot on each seat. I was quoted a price of $206 only $103 a seat but she can't take it until after the new year. The hideaway headlight switch needs to be replaced too but also can't be repaired until after the new year. I only bring my cars to one shop, the good news is he does a great job, the bad news is sometimes you have to wait. I recently had a new heater core replaced, oil change and 4 new tires added. In my 55 yrs I've owned about 45 muscle cars mostly big blocks. There's only two small blocks I've owned that can not only hang with the big blocks but beat some one is this RS/SS & an AAR Cuda I once owned. The paint still shines great there's only a couple of little nicks & one spot by the antenna that could use a little attention. The convertible top is in excellent condition along with the tonneau cover. This is one very rare & special vehicle. Click on the large photo so you can get a better idea of the condition of this beauty. This RS/SS runs and drives as good as it looks, has great acceleration too, no disappointments here. Here is some info I found on car gurus: There were 40,977 RS's and 30,695 SS's produced in 1968. Of course, many fewer than this survive today.I also looked on a number of sites to try and find out specifically now many RS/SS models were made but apparently it is so rare that most Camaro sites don't list it as a trim. I did find one site that said "It is impossible to determine how many "base" models were produced because certain options were combined with others (for example, you could combine the Rally Sport option with the Super Sport, Z/28, and Custom Interior options), and there is no breakdown of production numbers when options were combined." I also happened to come across a 1968 Camaro RS/SS with the 350 badges and also a rally sport badge behind the front tire but it has a white nose strip, white leather seats, and a white rag top. also has auto windows, locks and driver seat. but the number of sites that i looked on the common number i found was about 600 to 700 RS/SS's were made back in 1968 but like the one guy said most of those cars did not survive to this day so that number could be drastically less. could possible be under 100 or above 100 so defiantly restore that thing. cargurus*com/Cars/Discussion-t32837_ds41625Before you bid make sure you checkout my feedback so you can bid with confidence !! 2010 Chevrolet Camaro 2SS with a 6.2 LTR and a 6 speed manual transmission. Vehicle is a specifically ordered "Inferno Orange" edition, equipped with three appearance stripe packages and factory ground effects. Every possible option, including a sunroof. You are looking at my 1996 Chevrolet Camaro SS which I have decided to sell. It has a bit under 28,000 miles and I have owned it since March of 2002 when it had only 307 miles on it. I bought it bone stock off a dealer in Rome, GA and drove it home. Since then I have added a Hurst shifter with chrome stick and white 6 speed ball, SLP Loudmouth exhaust, and SLP bolt on subframe connectors. I also have an SLP Camaro SS cover cover in the bag and a set of SLP Camaro SS mats still in the bags. The SS has leather, t-tops, PW, PL, keyless, cruise control, Bose stereo with tape deck and the much sexier black hoop and mirrors. Also, I used to be a CNC machinist, so I made a rear carpet plaque for the trunk area and a LT-1 throttle body plate. The car will come with two sets of wheels. The original SS rims with original BFGoodrich Comp T/As on them. The tread is still amazing on these for an original look in a museum. Or keep the hot Torque Thrusts that are on it now. They have nearly new Continentals on them. You will get both sets of rims and tires with the car. The t-tops do not rattle or leak. The interior was never smoked in so it doesn’t smell or have burn marks in it and still looks like new. There is a small scuff on the driver’s seat. It was there when I bought it and I have never made it worse. The interior has a SS numbered plaque and is number 1666 of 2410. This car is more rare than the 1997 SS cars, which they made about 2,900 of. I love driving this car but want to get something else now. The ride isn’t too harsh, but is stiffer than a stock Z28. The seats are real comfortable. I’ve done the 3 hour trip to Carlisle twice without stopping. The clutch works perfectly and shifting the Hurst is a blast. It sounds amazing, but isn’t obtrusive when on the highway. Putting it in 6th gear really quiets it down cruising along at 70mph yet driving through underpasses with the tops off it quite a thrill. I’ve taken the best care I could of this car while I owned it. I never raced it or beat it. I am still amazed at how RED the paint it. I did find a few new chips on the hood and bumper, but the rest of the car is almost flaw free and shines like new. I also have a bunch of magazines and paper work about the SS which you will also get. The only strike I on the car is of course emissions related. Because the car is not driven much, the EGR system continually trips the Check Engine Light. In NY, it fails inspection if it’s on, but you can reset it and make it though the puff test. It still runs perfectly and I used to get about 24-25 mpg on my 40 mile mixed, round trip to and from work...better than my daily driver!! I love this car and I know the new owner will too.
