This '13 Caprice 9C1 is a very rare find produced by Holden on the same GM Zeta platform which was used on the G8, Camaro, Chevy SS and CTS-V with an LS based V8 and rear wheel drive. It was bought in as new condition by me in July of ‘15 with only 67 miles from a Chevy dealership inventory and has never seen municipal service. It was considered used when I purchased it but that was just to get around the GM ban preventing sales to civilians. The car has only been driven in summer months and is garage kept. It is in great condition showing minimal wear and has a bunch of civilian options including center console and carpet using original GM parts, hands free Bluetooth…... You are looking at a very clean, original 1986 Chevy Caprice Base model. A very rare find indeed. This Caprice is as close to mint as something original from this year will get you and has been meticulously maintained all of its life as well as garage kept. It only saw one winter in its whole life. The car is just about flawless inside and out. It has the 5.0 305 4BBL engine & 700R4 (4L60) transmission that runs and shifts smooth. Everything in this Caprice works and works well. The battery is new and the A/C has just been converted to R134A and blows ice cold. I am only the second owner of this car and I have had it professionally repainted in August 2014 in the ORIGINAL color due to fading typical of Caprice's in the 1980's. There is a warrantee on the paint job for 3 years. There is not and never was any rust on the body of the car. The underside was originally undercoated for rust protection and I had it done over again when the car was repainted. Tires are near the end of their life but can negotiate and have new tires installed. Also, upon request I can send videos I have made of the caprice. One being a tour and the other being a driving video. This is a rare find indeed! Price can be negotiated.
