This is a relist and here is the story why. I listed this Camaro at a $1.00 start price with no reserve. This seemed to be a welcome mat and opened the doors for every deadbeat and fraudulent bidder. Sad as we are all new once but the playing field has changed. As stated in the ad I would send out a simple email requesting simply to respond. Without it I deleted their bid. Doing this hurt others with good intentions. This caused the price to be up and down like a roller coaster all week up until the last day. In the end the winner had just obtained user id with an address from one state and a non working phone number from another. This time around I am going to start the sale with a buy it now price you can live with or or option to make an offer. Please if you are thinking of a project but know nothing from looking at pictures. Either pass or have someone that knows look it over for you. 1967 Camaro Parts Car or Project. This is an old custom from the 1970's As you can see at one time it was a SHOW CAR. The pearl paint what is left still does its job of changing colors when the light hits it. Previous owner stated it had prior race history. Others believe it was in magazines. I cannot confirm either way. It has no motor or transmission. It was a four speed car as still has the swing pedals. Trim tag is in place as is vin. Still has the hideaways. Car has the deluxe interior. The door panels look pretty nice. Still has the radiator and shroud. The 4 speed cross member and driveshaft are in the trunk with some old small block headers. 10 bolt rear. It is the desireable Royal Plum. The hood is a GM cowl induction hood. It isn't a repro. I bought from a person who does Camaro restoration and was a very pricy piece and the hood. The car has no title. I didn't waste my time trying to get underside pics as it won't matter or change anything. Hopefully you know what you are looking at. It needs a total restoration to be mint or could make a nice drag car. Expect the worst and hope for the best. That's all I can say. You would want to re do it anyway but as you already know you can get everything by walking around at any of the larger swapmeets or by picking up a catalog. It rolls and steers fine to load. It should make a nice reasonable project that if you do the work yourself or at least do the ground work and source the parts yourself would be a reasonable build depending on what your expectations are. Although listed as having a title it does NOT have a title. If this is an issue for you stop at this point. I am selling it as I bought it. Car has NO title. Please do your dilligence prior to making an offer. I do not want issues of non payment because someone uses the excuse I didn't know or ask the wife dad or husband. Serious Stuff. Back Story: We acquired this remarkable vehicle from an Automotive Investor who had acquired it in a Forced Sale (divorce). We received only the information listed above... but had a Qualified Auto Specialist inspect the car, verify the information and determine what should be completed before offering it for sale. While it was observed that the build was 95% finished, a few elements needed to be addressed. (i.e. Connect Gauges, Install Door Popper, Adjust Shifter and Install Racing Seats). This was accomplished... the car is totally sorted and ready to show, race and turn heads. We had an Automotive Paint Store analyze the paint and a High End Auto Paint Specialist examine and comment on the paint job. The results: the base paint is Smart True Blue (Mercedes Brand 103948, OEM Code 53B 0034) and sells for $750+ a gallon. The Paint Specialist estimated the paint job at approximately $8000.00. He noted 3 very small chips that went unnoticed by us (Touch up paint is included). Note: one small chip of approximately a half inch has been touched up. In bright sunlight the color has been described as Blurple. The body is super solid and arrow straight. Excellent fit and finish... the body, frame, etc. show no signs of rust, filler or previous damage. More than $30,000 has been invested in this incredible machine. This Camaro just came from the original owner, a 74-year old lady who bought it brand new in 1991. She always kept the car garaged since new, and it has been babied and pampered. This was her "toy" car which was only driven on nice days.The car has zero body rust, and the body and paint are pristine. The paint is gorgeous and in superb condition. You will notice the mirrors are faded, but I have had them professionally painted since the photos were taken. This paint and body are beautiful, superb and excellent. The panel gaps are perfect and everything lines up perfectly. This car has never been in any accidents. The car is in perfect running condition. The engine, transmission, clutch, brakes, suspension and steering are all working great with no known issues. The interior is clean and beautiful and looks superb. There are no rips or tears and no damage whatsoever in the interior. There is just some very minor carpet wear in the driver's footwell, otherwise the entire interior looks exactly like new. I have the original window sticker, owner's manual, full set of keys, wheel locks and even the original cassette tape that describes every feature of the car. This car has a clean and clear OH title. When I realized the rarity I started looking for this year and Model and was not easy to find but I found one in Phoenix and flew there and drove it home 2000 miles test drive and it also ran just like this one perfect The five-speed will get 26 miles per gallon the automatic will get around 24 tachometer barely reaches 2000 RPMs at 70 mile an hour that's one the tachometer work but both vehicles they have ceased to work now they just go all the way to eight They have followed suit perfectly whatever wrong with one is exactly went wrong with the other one Which is not much a broken switch in the back that you need to manually switch now for the top latch and of course the power trunk closure no longer works , they also have a chip installed and the key for security purposes that has been disabled on both vehicles . I would like to sell these as a pair his and hers somebody makes me the right offer they're worth a look . Very nice original 1992 Camaro RS convertible. I'm listing this one for a friend, as he has no computer access. This car has just over 59k original miles, and is in very nice shape. There is no rust, dings, etc., on the body, and is one of the nicest I've seen in quite a long time. The clear coated is peeling in spots, as seen in the pictures, and the paint is baked,, but is still a nice looking car that runs and drives great. This one is the 25th anniversary model, has the 3.1 L V6, with an automatic, power window's locks, tilt, etc. The drivers sear has a few small tears, on the bolster, and the muffler has a leak. He just put a new top on it, had it professionally installed, and looks great. The cars has all new fluids, new calibers, pads, rotors, full tune up and is ready to go. The car really doesn't need anything that I know of to be enjoyed now, simply gas and go. Sold as is, where is, clear title in hand.
