I found this truck on Craigslist and bought it in LA for $2,000.00. Since then I have bought all new tires for it, and a spare. I used the truck to deliver the mail on a rural route near Fresno. It has two steering wheels so I can drive on the right hand side to deliver the mail. Before I bought it, it was a driver's training vehicle on an Indian Reservation in Arizona. Understandably, it has a few scuff marks and scratches on the truck body. Also when I purchased the shell to protect the mail and the spare tire, I had to bend a metal bar that was sticking straight up in the truck bed behind the driver's side. I'm not sure what the bar was for but it wasn't connected to anything but the truck bed. The truck works well, and would be ideal for driver's training. It would work for delivering the mail too, but it was hard to fit all the mail up front, and made my day a little longer when I had to get out to retrieve packages from the back. As for the shell, it is old but functional. It only locks on one side of the back door, but it does lock. I found a way to secure the shell windows too. One of the window screens on the shell is ripped, but the glass is intact. I would like to be paid in cash, in person. I live in Redding, CA and we could arrange a public place to meet, to look at, and/or purchase the truck.

Hello everyone,up for sale is a 1971 Chevy CST K5 Blazer - 4x4 Convertible A Little info This truck is in great shape for the year,it runs great both on the street and on the highway,It will come with a clean title in hand ready to go.The truck is a 2 owner truck with 89k miles.It has a few modifications to enhance the performance. Body Body is pretty straight with a small dent near the gas tank filler neck.There is practically no rust,the very little rust it had was repaired and rockers have been replaced.Overall the body is solid as you can see in the pictures.The truck was originally a dark green and then repainted yellow years ago.The paint can still shine but it has a few spots where dents were repaired and spray painted. Engine The original engine was replaced about 30k miles ago with a new Crate GM 350 Goodwrench Black motor.The motor is healthy and starts right up with no issues.It is equipped with an edelbrock carburetor,hooker long tube headers heat wrapped,HEI distributor and Accel Wires.Transmission was rebuilt and has no issues.Transmission is solid and comes with a B&M shifter. Condition Overall the truck is in good shape for the year that it is.Has spent its life in California,The interior has new carpet all around,seats are firm,overall the interior is complete and only missing the radio and the drivers inside panel handle.The truck is sitting on Yokohama Digger Tires and aluminum mag rims with decent thread left.The truck was updated with an 18 circuit wiring harness and will need to work out a little wiring but nothing big.Comes with off-road bumpers. - Muncie 4-speed came married with 205 transfer case. Both rebuilt about 3 years ago. - Two-tone paint job about 4 years old: Dark blue body/ Silver removable top. Two small rust spots appearing on the hood. Two chips near the rear bumper. Needs bondo and paint on the passenger side where the "Custom" Emblem is supposed to be. - Rebuilt rear driveline. - Fairly new clutch and plate. Clutch peddle is wanky. - Interior carpet is shot. New seat belts all around. No Gauges work/ Needs electrical work under the dash. - Truck starts with a battery (sold separately)runs at high idle until a switch is flipped on the carb. Doesn't pass smog. Needs new carb. - Cracked windshield - Comes with front push bar - 32 inch tires - Rear window rolls down with some help but doesn't lock. Tail gate doesn't open. - 4x4 works. 1990 Chevrolet K5 Blazer Silverado 2-Door 5.7L 4x4 Up for sale, is an extremely rare 1990 Chevrolet K5 Blazer. This was purchased "new" in 1991 from a dealer that had used it as a test vehicle. Nearly all of the mileage is from the one owner (my grandfather) since that time. This was used mostly towing a boat to and from lake and rivers or transporting family around town. It was NOT used for off-roading or four wheeling. Under his care for nearly 25 years it was treated well, with regular service performed by him (records he kept are available and come with the original manual). The current tires have less than 5,000 miles on them. The engine runs very well, the A/C works great and all electronic functions work. The power door locks sometimes stick (particularly on the passenger side) and the power windows are slow to roll up and down but do work (including the rear window). There is a crack in one of the side windows (see picture). There is rust on the undercarriage (see picture), some rust on the bumpers, chipping in the front end, the roof is fading, some door dings, the door seals are aging and the side steps do not match. The radio is aftermarket, and intermittently powers off. Considering its age its in very good shape. But lets face it. This is a 25 year old Beast. It sounds like a grizzly bear, runs like a cheetah and can go just about anywhere. If youre an enthusiast and looking for one as close to OEM as possible this is it. The four wheel drive engages and works well, the motor runs strong and its a great ride. They do not makes vehicle like this anymore and doubt ever will again. It was bought in California and has lived here its whole life, with trips to Nevada, Utah and Wyoming. California buyers, a valid SMOG test will be supplied as required by law. All distance buyers, shipping is available, or feel free to fly in and drive it back. Payment options are limited to wire transfers and cash.
