ALL WHEEL DRIVE!!! This car is a classic and they were only made for two years. We traded it in and it is being sold under our as traded program. Would be a great restoration project and it runs and drives. Needs some tlc but it is a great buy. CASH ONLY , NO FINANCE OPTIONS.
I have for sale a 1992 Subaru SVX LS-L Grand Touring edition, the car is in decent shape for its age and has been maintained. The car has a few tasteful upgrades such as a fuel pressure regulator (these cars run lean due to US emissions, this helps to cure this), side fender cold air intake, a shift box (Real firm sporty shifts) and HID headlights and new premium rotors and pads for the rear. I am only selling it because I am in college and I really don't have the time to devote to the car that it needs or the funds.
The car runs good, flex plate need to be replaced (Easy to fix, just time consuming, PN#12332AA071).
All the fluids have been changed and the motor was recently pulled and I had an OEM Subaru gasket set put on so the head gaskets have been replaced and you won't have to worry about that issue. The transmission was also replaced at some point in its life with a newer upgraded model (If you know anything about these cars the transmissions were known to overheat due to the high gearing) so even though it has 232k miles on it, it shifts hard with no slippage. The right rear wheel bearing was replaced as well (Again something these cars are known for).
I have some maintenance records for the car from the previous owner and numerous spare parts that will come with the car as well.
Only issues I have noticed, slight shake in steering wheel at certain speeds, radio back light likes to flicker.
I have owned a few of these cars and this one mechanically is the best I have had, it just needs cosmetic work really, but keep in mind the age of the car.
A/C works great and Heater is very hot.
I am asking $1000firm you can easy part the car out for more than that.
