Haul your quads, side by side, motorcycles, Smart Car, or whatever fits (interior length of garage is 9’ 6”). Garage makes for a great kids room! Gas fueling station in outside compartment for your toys! The odometer is at approximately 27,000 miles. All house batteries are Brand New. Drives easy and smooth. Take it out to your favorite trails or dunes. Or just use it for your big family group vacation. Convection microwave, 3 burner gas range. November 2022 fridge. Sleeps 8 (1 queen bed & full size sofa bed in living quarters, 1 electric elevating queen bed & also electric elevating comfortable queen sofa bed in garage). An oval dinette table option (included) can be set up in between the 2 garage sofas that turn into the sofa bed. 4 TVs: 40” in living room , 32’s in bedroom, garage, and 1 fold out 32” in outside compartment for outdoor entertainment. 3 A/C units (one of them exclusively in garage that is also a heat pump), 2 Fantastic Vents. Awesome central vacuum system with great suction. 1 huge slide in living room/kitchen and 1 in bedroom, 3 awnings. 2 entrance doors. Lots of storage. 7 K generator. 31 gallon propane tank. Auto-leveling system. 2nd owner. Clean title. The negatives are that the living room couch, and 2 captains chairs, up front, need to be re-covered/re-upholstered. It’s a problem with at least 3 RV brands from this time period (See pictures). There was a defect in the leather material used, but that replacement shouldn’t cost more than $100 each or so. Or you could use furniture covers for much cheaper costs. Research shows there are less than 10 of these used units available in the US!! It needs to be sold! Located in Southern California.
