Original wheels, radial tires and wheel covers come with car or can replace mags with a $750 reduction in price. Engine: 250 cu. in. incline 6 cylinders. Starts up at first twist of the key, runs smooth and has enough power to comfortably get onto highway and cruise at 70mph+ all day long. Transmission: Fully synchronized 3-speed column shifted trans that is smooth as silk. Has no issues and can even be down shifted into first gear while moving. Rear 12 bolt rear end. This very basic, low horsepower “economy car” is equipped with the Olds 12 bolt rear end. Car was repainted in Lacquer in the late 80's,Paint still looks good,has a few flaws[see picts] but have a quart of lacquer paint for repair,nice driver quality. Interior is nice,original seat covers . Door panels have been replaced. Nice dash,tach & gauges work[owner put after market gauges for accuracy] have all orig sending units and will go with car. The Cutlass was a solid Oklahoma car prior to restoration under the last owner's care. Since that time, it has been a competent and very reliable driver and beloved member of the family fleet.  Eight years ago, the car was treated to a frame on restoration, which included a mechanical rebuild, bare metal respray and modern drive train. The Cutlass is equipped with power steering, power brakes, air conditioning. The car is a solid driver and comes complete with good condition original glass and a new windshield. The trim on the car has been redone as well with new chrome and straightened and polished stainless trim. The interior has been refurbished including new seat covers, a new headliner, new door panels and rebuilt gauges. Everything on the dash functions properly and the the stereo has been updated with a modern digital unit that fits in the factory location The Cutlass is powered by a GM Performance Ram Jet 350. With a rated output of 350 hp at 5,200 rpm and 400 lb-ft at 3,500 rpm, it%u2019s not the craziest motor that GM builds, but it will move this classic cruiser with gusto. The motor runs off of the bulletproof MEFI computer, and the 9.4:1 compression ration works great on pump gas. this great 72 olds cutlass convertible had damage to the left front and left door. I believe there is a tweak in the frame just behind the left front lower control arm. I have bought a nice rust free door and left front fender from Oklahoma, that goes with the car. It is being sold as is, there is a bill of sale, no title. I had it running a year or two ago, sounds strong. Sounded like it had probably had the motor rebuilt. there is no top on the convertible frame. there is a small rust spot behind the left rear wheel, right qtr looks ok. both of the bumpers are in good shape. the mileage was in the 80s. I really don't want to sell this car, like you im a car guy, but for five years now ive been raising my 2 granddaughters by myself, tho im not complaining. they are a gift. I run an autobody shop, and like all small businesses, there are challenges. the car was running and being driven several years ago and then someone ran into it. I bought it from an insuance auction. it has buckets as you can see and a power top. the trunk has a couple small spots that need repaired, I would not replace the trunk floor. not sure if the color is original to the car but it looks good on it. I think the bucket seats have been redone. overall it needs some love. if you've got questions, ask em. Ive had a request to check the floor pan in the car, I have looked at it, and it is very solid, there is no rust out in the floor pan. I've added a few pics of the front of the car, as requested.

The Toronado was most notable as the first American car since the Cord 812 to feature front-wheel drive and V-8 power as well as for its distinctive, angular styling and hidden headlamps. Prior to its introduction, the Toronado was extensively tested and developed, and it is believed that well over one million test miles were recorded to sort out the cars unorthodox front-drive layout. Such development work was necessary because the Toronados 425 cubic inch Super Rocket V-8 produced 385 horsepower, uncharted territory in the world of front-wheel drive. Its Turbo-Hydramatic three-speed automatic was chain-driven from the engine, an ingenious solution to a difficult packaging problem. The Toronado impressed the motoring world, winning Motor Trends Car of the Year for 1966.
