For sale in our Tampa showroom is a sleek and sexy, silver 1960 Chevrolet El Camino. This LS powered restomod is a Chevy owner\'s dream! The builder spent countless hours preparing and planning this build, paying attention to every detail of this nut and bolt restoration. This 60\' Chevy El Camino is powered by a 5.7 liter LS6 small block Chevrolet V8 engine. It\'s the epitome of modern fuel injected muscle! With only 1,400 miles on the build, this car is practically brand new. The fuel injection makes this car a pleasurable driver, regulating fuel to achieve maximum efficiency. With 450 horsepower on tap, this beastly little mouse motor will run with the best of them! This beast is also a beauty, decorated with a custom engine cover. The Cool Silver paint meshes well with the red accents and custom built Impala bullets, which match the exterior trim pieces. This aesthetically pleasing Elky for sale is hot, but kept cool with Street and Performance ceramic coated headers and aluminum crossflow radiator with twin electric cooling fans. In today\'s classic car world, it\'s hard to capture a nice balance of fuel economy, reliability, and pure horsepower. This built LS6 does it with ease! The 1960 El Camino for sale is backed by a 4L60E 4-speed overdrive automatic transmission with a LOKAR shifter. This transmission shifts smooth, firm, and was built with performance and fuel economy in mind. The power is transferred to the ground via a posi rear end with 4.11 gears. It\'s a gear that will put you in the back of your seat when you want it to and will cruise beautifully at highway speeds, when you need it to. The whole underside of the car is completely painted, giving the car a show winning appearance. To look at the underside alone, you\'ll find yourself staring at a piece of art! The stock chassis has been fully smoothed and painted a gorgeous gunmetal metallic. The frame is highlighted with various attributes, including: Stainless steel fuel lines, stainless steel brake lines, stainless steel transmission cooler lines, custom polished fuel tank, high pressure fuel system, ceramic coated dual exhaust, complete air ride suspension, Wilwood big brakes on both front and rear, electric hydraulic master cylinder, 605 fast ratio power steering unit, and staggered 18\" and 20\" Rocket Racing Wheels wrapped in BF Goodrich performance radial tires. Once you\'re done drooling over the underside, you can refocus your attention to the rest of the car. The subtle customizations is what makes this 1960 Chevy El Camino for sale a 2013 Street Rod Nationals top 5 award winner! The bumpers are custom one pieces, moved closer to the body for a more smooth and flush finish. The bumper bolts have also been removed, giving the Elky a sexy and sleek appearance. Smooth and sexy seems to be the theme of this car, with various parts of the car shaved, smoothed, and molded. Some of these areas under the hood include: Smoothed firewall, smoothed hood underside, smoothed fender skirts, and grill to radiator cradle filler plates. As you work your way to the back of the car, you see completely restore and polished chrome, stainless, and aluminum pieces. The Cool Silver paint has a gorgeous shimmer and catches your eye, as you work your way up and down the curves of the 1960 Chevrolet for sale. It\'s complimented by the polished trim pieces, including the classic 1960 Chevy spears, with red inserts. As you reach the bed, you are completely taken back, thrown into a bed that only the Epic Car God\'s could\'ve imagined. The bed is a jaw dropping custom red stained wood bed with polished stainless steel rails. A polished fuel filler cap can be seen at the rear of the bed, right by Underdog, who flies on the smoothed tailgate. The bed contains a custom electric storage lid, that lifts with the push of a button. Inside the hidden compartment, you have room for the Optima battery, the air compressor and air ride components, and a small area for storage. The bed also hides a completely hidden custom power antenna. The rear wheel openings were lengthened and custom back-up lights were installed, as well. At this point in time, you are completely dehydrated and more than likely hyperventilating. Calm down my friend, because we still have one piece left to this puzzle and I don\'t need you passing out. Not just yet, at least. As you open the doors to this phenomenal 60\' El Camino restomod, you see the stunning red leather interior. The red Corvette leather interior sets off the car, giving it the right amount of sporty, hot rod, and luxury. As your eyes gaze upon the interior, it grabs your attention like being slapped in the face. But then, it takes it to the next level! This interior begs you to look and get slapped, again! The red leather interior has a look that will draw people in like moths to a flame, while the smell is so rich, it\'s almost intoxicating. The dash has been fully smoothed, both top and bottom, finished in a satin red which matches the door panels, with: 61\' Impala armrests, 61\' Impala reflectors, 64\' Impala SS bucket seats, and 64\' Impala SS center console. The smooth and sexy lines continue, with all switches hidden from sight. A Pioneer radio with Bluetooth, Sirius, IPOD hook-up, and CD is tucked into a custom drop down panel, playing through four custom speakers. The dash is highlighted with Dakota Digital gauges, Ididit chrome tilt steering column, and Billet half wrapped leather steering wheel. The lighted mirror in the passenger visor, makes you sure that you\'re looking as fresh as your car is. If you\'re in need of storage, no worries! This show car can be easily turned into a grocery getter, with tons of hidden cargo space, tucked behind the seats! Rest assured, there is plenty of room for your grocery bags, backpacks, and show goodies. The car is topped off with all the bells and whistles which one would want in a modern car, such as: Vintage Air (air conditioning), power windows, power door locks with remote, and 3-point seat belts. This 1960 Chevy for sale is a jaw dropper and show goer. It\'s even received the prestigious award of \"Coolest Car\" pick at the 2014 Goodguys show. If you\'ve ever wanted the looks and styling of the late 50s and early 60s, with the modern performance of today\'s luxury sports cars, this is the car for you! Options include: A/C, AM/FM radio with CD, power brakes, power steering, power locks, power windows, tilt wheel, keyless entry, seat belts, leather interior, and aluminum/alloy wheels wrapped in performance radial tires. This 1964 Chevy Malibu SS gets a lot of things right: rumbling small block V8, searing red paint, and a tasteful factory-style interior. It\'s also an authentic code 458 SS and red is, indeed, its original color, so even the purists can find something to love about this one. Look at this car closely and you\'ll find that the workmanship is outstanding. Not merely nice, but good enough that people stop and remark about what a pretty car it is without even knowing what they\'re looking at. The smoothness of the bodywork, the fit of the doors, and the way the eyeball-watering Viper Red paint has been buffed and polished all give it a highly finished look that definitely stands out. Early Malibus have exceptionally clean lines and with a distinct lack of chrome and trim, it is doubly important that the bodywork be right. Details are crisp, especially the flared rear quarter panels that are the car\'s defining feature, as well as the crisply contoured hood that bears a familial resemblance to its big brother, the Impala. Chrome is excellent, and the bright details like the taillight surround and front grille have been beautifully restored. Someone invested big to make this car look this good. The interior is almost completely stock and extremely well restored without the usual (and often questionable) custom touches that some builders like to add. Those are original bucket seats and the fresh seat covers replicate the original patterns exactly. With fresh foam underneath, they look great and are comfortable enough for all-day drives. New carpets were fitted along with original-style door panels to tie it all together. The instrument panel is crisply finished, and the factory gauges are augmented by a set of oil pressure, voltage, and temperature gauges just above the console. A factory AM radio still lives in the dash, but for your cruising pleasure, a low-profile A/C system has been installed. Topping the stock steering column with a billet wheel wrapped in red leather is a feature that seems appropriate in this resto-mod Malibu, but just about everything else is traditional. IN back, the trunk is spacious and neatly finished in matching red paint with a textured surface that adds durability. The fresh 350 cubic inch V8 under the hood has been nicely detailed to make it practically mandatory to open the hood at shows. There\'s a ton of shiny stuff, from a chrome air cleaner and a nice set of aluminum valve covers, to the billet accessory drive and the chrome brake master cylinder. Edelbrock supplied both a 4-barrel carburetor and an intake covered in their Endura-Shine finish that looks like chrome, and with aluminum heads, this is one potent small block. A big aluminum radiator up front keeps it cool, helped by an electric fan that also improves A/C efficiency. Underneath it is in good shape and the long-tube headers and Flowmaster mufflers with dumps just ahead of the 10-bolt rear end sounds throaty without being annoying. Handsome polished Coys wheels were custom made just for this car and wear 225/40/18 front and 245/35/20 rear performance radials, and thankfully there are slotted disc brakes, because those wheels show them off quite well. With all the goodness that traditionally comes with an early Malibu, this \'64 SS resto-mod delivers performance and style in equal measures. Call today!
