This 2004 Blazer was totaled out by the previous owners Insurance Company because of damage to driver side and can all be seen in pictures. I buy and sell damaged rebuilders from major Insurance companies and are all driveable before or at the time of accident. This Blazer however does not shift into 3rd. gear and I was not aware until I did a short road test (real short) so you will be buying it as I did with damage on driver side and not shifting so trailering or transporter will be the way to get home. The engine starts fine and sounds excellent as most all of the 4.3L V6's do. Tranny fluid is full and clean. The overall SUV is in good condition with a good windshield and no major rust or hail dings as the pictures will show and miles are about 10,500 per year. The interior is also in great shape with cold air and all power options working as they should. No odor from smoke or pets and looks to have had a good home and garaged. 2004 Chevy Blazer 4WD, 4dr, 4.3L V6 for repair or parts. Power windows & door locks CD player AC Tilt Wheel Rear Wiper ABS The transmission does not have reverse or low 1. It will move and drive in all other forward gears but it slips. The problem could possibly be in the shifter or the shift cable but I haven't looked at it to confirm a diagnosis. Engine runs good but to be drivable it will probably need a transmission (4L60E) and an exhaust y-pipe that includes both catalytic converters (about $250 on rock auto or maybe cheaper on eBay). The engine light is on and the last time I checked it (awhile ago), it was a rear O2 sensor heater code. I have a new AC Delco rear O2 sensor for it. The MAF sensor is about 2 years old. The drivers side door pins and bushings have been replaced, but the door striker will need work soon. The AC compressor, filter/drier and orifice tube were replaced over the summer but the evaporator core started leaking after the repair. Both front wheel bearing assemblies have been replaced around 140k and the fuel pump was replaced around 120k. The alternator and battery were replaced last year. The body has some rust on it but overall is not in bad shape. PA safety inspection is good until 8/15 but it has no emissions inspection because it has been registered in Northwestern, Pa since we've had it. There is no problem with the oil pressure it self. The gage reads higher pressure than the way it is actually running. The oil pressure gage is located in the cluster where all the odometer, RPM type gages are in the dash. This is a common problem with these clusters. Most vehicles don't even have a oil pressure gage, but have a oil light instead. The cluster repair is $150. Since this also has an oil light, that will tell you if there is a real oil pressure problem, we are not going to fix it unless you want to pay the $150.
