I bought this in 2002 through my dads RV dealership from the insurance company. It had 10,000 miles at the time. The front bumper was ripped off from a sideways hit from I would assume another car. It was on the tip of the front meaning the front was not damaged badly. The original hood is in the picture and as you can see it had no bad damage. I bought a new hood at the time and a new front bumper. The air bags were set off and back then most cars with air bags that went off were considered a total loss, because they were new at the time and expensive. I also put new air bags in it at the time. That's the story with the damage.Because of it's history does not make it a bad car or worthless. It does make it worth less than one with good history,I realize that. One with good history with these miles you will pay 20 grand plus.Or you can have the same car for thousands less. That's your choice. I need what I need for the car,no low ball offers. Price is in the ad and firm. If I can't get that I will keep on enjoying it like I have been. Selling cause I just don't need it any longer. Time for someone else to enjoy it like I have. This is a rare car being one of 1400 collectors convertibles made and only about 400 of those had this rare LT4 awesome beast of a engine. Tires are bf goodrich and put on 5000 miles ago. Car has been serviced before it was put away for the winter, Still has original brakes.I have never had any mechanical issues with this car other than a minor oil leak that was corrected and a crank sensor last summer. I have taken it on 2 long trips over the years and is a very dependable car that I would trust to go anywhere.Paint is almost perfect except for very minor stone chips very low on rockers. Thanks for your friendly help and the great tractor. 12/2016 Hello Lucky, Thought I would give you an update on the Bobcat. It arrived yesterday afternoon. Luckily the weather had improved and the temps were in the 20's instead of below zero. The trucker was a great guy (we had a lot of time together to get acquainted!). His initial drop in this area was in Sidney, MT - about 4 hours NW of here. He was there yesterday morning and could not get the other skid steer he was delivering started after a couple hours trying - they finally had to get a crane to off-load it. Anyway, he arrived at my place (I met him outside of town) at about 2 o'clock in the afternoon so we could unload at my ranch instead of in town. He immediately got stuck in the snow, but we were able to off-load the Bobcat (it started right up with no problems). Then it was time to "un-stuck" his rig. Only with the assist of the Bobcat pulling were we able to get him out of the snow filled ditch! I thought we were finished when he became stuck in the snow again during the process of turning around. This time the Bobcat was of no use since he became completely buried up to the axles. We had some time to contemplate our next options which looked grim - so I called my neighbor about two miles away who has a John Deere150hp 4 wheel drive tractor (my tractor is too small would not have been strong enough). It took him about 45 minutes to arrive and the buried rig was immediately yanked out of the snow. So, the trucker (Blaine - from Texas) was finally back on the road after a 3 1/2 hour stop at my place. We sent him on his way with a gift of a pair of gloves and a fur hat (neither of which he had with him in case he needed to be out in the cold again!!) We had a lot of laughs and we invited him to come back for a visit in the summer - he said if he never saw Montana or North Dakota again - it would be just fine with him! We started moving snow immediately after his departure for a few hours until it was time to call it a day. The Bobcat runs great, just as you said and we are completely satisfied with all aspects of it's operation. Never thought I would buy a used piece of equipment almost two thousand miles away, but if I am ever in the market again and you have it in stock I would have no reservations in purchasing again from your business!!
