this car could be saved but it would need a new top welded on because it rusted out under a vinyl top,and its more than I want to undertake, the back fenders and lower door quarters have rust thru but are patchable, I was told the 302 was running 3 years ago, but i can't say first hand, and it has a wiring, solenoid problem, I listed the title as salvage - but it actually has an old title with it, that was never transferred when my uncle bought this car at auction years ago, this car is full of good parts, if you are building a mustang use what you need and resale the rest....please ask any questions before auctions end. car is sold as is, and local pick-up only

I hate to part with this vehicle but I've made no progress in the 10 years I've owned it. It's in the same condition I bought it, which was an incomplete restoration. The prior owner had intended to race this vehicle, but it became apparent that they never got that far. According to the Marti auto report I purchased, this was delivered as a straight 6 with manual transmission and 4-lug hubs. There is a rebuilt 302 (according to the last owner), C6 (haven't confirmed), 9" (again haven't confirmed) and 5-lug hubs all around. Minimal surface rust. There is some pitting in the rear floor and a small hole (smaller than a dime). Any other rust is more like "flash" rust. While kept outside this vehicle always remained covered. Update: I believe there may have been repairs done to the lower rear quarter (drivers side) just behind the wheel. I didn't catch this before due to lighting and the inside needing cleaning up. I found what looks like a rivet. I'm assuming this was used to pull a dent out. It's the only place I've found so far that appears to have been repaired. Most, possibly all, parts are there for completion. Included are new padding and covers (black) for the front seats and headrests. New door panels (still in box). New carpeting, front and rear pieces. Rear seat is in good condition. Best I can tell this is a very clean and straight body. I've done the "tap" test and used a cheap magnet to check for bondo and couldn't find any spots (other than noted above). There is a new windshield and side glass. Images are taken in a manner that you can see how straight the sheet metal is. If you have ANY questions, please ask before bidding. This vehicle is sold AS IS, and being a project vehicle there is NO warranty or guarantee. If I'm able to identify the engine, transmission and rear axle I will add to the listing. I will include images in hopes that others might be able to identify the parts. Buyer responsible for shipping/transportation of vehicle. Thank you and good luck.

heres a beautiful 69 mustang mach 1 almost fully restored. my father bought it for a resto mod. he found this car in south carolina, & it had the exellent condition body & frame he was looking for so he started the project beginning with the motor, and was going to end with high quality paint job. it does have matching numbers. it was built by quinton brothers auto in Williston VT. they are a hot rod automotive shop. its been stripped down to nothing. the whole entire under carriage has been primed, and painted. everything mechanical has been replaced with brand new parts (not aftermarket or used). the 2 rust pics are the 2 spots on the car that there's rust. 1 is on the bottom of the door, and the 2nd is in the trunk. its very minor, but the paint is faded so to match the quality of the mechanical side of this car a new paintjob would make it showroom worthy. it has a 351 windsor crate motor, 3.73 gears with an added overdrive with less than 1000 miles on it. parts, & upgrades consist of . Complete front suspension rebuild kit, keith black pistons, 10/1 compression, eldrin hydrolic cam shaft, hooker headers, arp rods/rod bolts, comp retainers and seats, EDLEBROCK ALUMINUM HEADS, edlebrock performer intake, holly 750 card w electric choke, MSD distributer and wires, ceramic coated flowmaster exaust, msd 6a ignition, msd coil, milodon oil pan, b&m shifter, kyb shocks, & new leaf springs, and much more. this car has been dyno tuned at 422hp to rear tires and i do have the paperwork. the interior has been replaced so evreything inside is in great comdition. theres 2 cuts on the dashboard and there is no radio but the stock clock works fine. i have a book 3 inches thick of paperwork on this car with history from when it was new. also have reciepts for over $30,000 that has been put into this car. The last thing needed is quality paint job to make this car a showcar. it runs perfect, it sounds bad#@$, drives like a dream, everything works on it, its inspected. my father passed, & has left it to me. i have no need for this car. i have a family, & need an SUV. the car market is low so im forced to sell the car at a lower price than i would like to sell it quickly. thats why this price is well below the value of this car. There is a you tube video to see the car, type "derrolsfast69mach1" this is a beautiful piece of history i hope i can find the right buyer who will finish it like my dad wanted to. feel free to contact me for questions or more pics. thanks

Here is a 1969 Ford Mustang 2 door coupe. It has the 302ci motor. I am the third owner and it was repainted red about 20+- years ago from its original gold color. I love the vintage and patina look of old cars (tells a story), so I never had it repainted. Thought about clear coating it like Gas Monkey guys. Everything under the hood has been fixed and its a driver.New Heater CoreNew Aluminum RadiatorNew speakerNew White strip Tires / Valve Stems / Painted RimsFull Transmission rebuild (receipt from shop only a couple months ago) 20K mile warrantee. Original interior 8.5/10Carb rebuilt and tuned up by local shopElectronic IgnitionFront windows (Driver/Passenger) completely rebuilt (1969 has the worst windows) these work greatIt is a great daily driver and runs fine through all of LA's traffic. I drive it all the time.I wouldn't mind trading it for something offroad (Baja Bug, Bronco, Prerunner, Land cruiser, Sports-mobile, pre runner) Diesel truck, property, anything of interest>>>Clean title in hand, registered and ready to go.Please ask any questions, I forgot a lot of stuff I'm sure.

These motor vehicles may come from a vintage time period. Chances are, some classics do not drive as smoothly or with the same level of comforts, conveniences or reliability as a new car.
