This is a "one of a kind TR 6". 5 year frame on restoration. Purchased the car in 2009. Car had been housed in a barn in Va. when I purchased it. The only rust of any kind that was found when purchased, was located in the small patch panel area in the front lower fender.Only one had 3 pin holes, but both sides were leaded in and replaced. Car was completely dismantled, all fenders, doors, trunk, hood, rear deck stripped to bare metal. Metal in all floor, trunk, deck areas rock solid. Entire inside of tub was sanded and primed with POR15 rust proofing. Entire under side of car was sanded and also POR15 treated. All inner fenders were undercoated. Rebuilt Stuff Both rear hubs were sent to California and rebuilt, distributor by Advanced Distributor, gas tank was flushed and KBS treated and painted(inside & out), brake servo replaced with rebuilt unit, soft top frame sandblasted and painted, heater with fan rebuilt, bumpers re-chromed to mirror finish, rubber bumpers deleted, brake calipers rebuilt.
