Here is a Super Sharp 2007 Saab 9-5 2.3L TURBO AUTOMATIC sedan. Clean inside and out... 94,000 very careful miles & well maintained. It's been in the same family since a I bought it with light front damage at a young 15K miles in December 2010. It does have a Previous history: Salvage title. I included a pic before it was fixed. I restore cars as a hobby and this has been a daily use car in the family since 2010. It was hit so lightly, both of the fenders survived the accident and the radiator support did too. Only the hood, that I bought new and the front bumper cover was painted. The rest of the car is original paint. The person who buys this is going to get a super nice European Sports Sedan for way less than anything comparable. Feel free to ask me anything you want. We have lots of receipts too.Charcoal gray metallic with a Charcoal Gray leather interior. Alloy Wheels, a fairly new set of tires. We have always used Mobil 1 Synthetic and the oil and service has been completed on time. I had purchased for my son 2.5 years ago for his first car (yes I am a nice dad).The reason I am selling is I have one to many cars (6 with only 4 drivers) and a job change. My son will be getting my other Saab - a black 06 9-5 Aero. I had liked his car so much I had bough myself one about a year ago. I actually prefer his 08 to the 06 Aero, as the ride is much better. He like black over blue - go figure. This 2008 Saab 9- is in excellent condition. This was my 4th Saab (but not my last) and the last revised version of the 9-5 is by far the best of them all. The 260hp version is a huge upgrade from previous years and still gets 30mpg on the highway. It has all of the available options for 08 (plus the now standard sport seats). Cooled seats, power folding mirrors, Xenon headlights, parking sensors and factory NAV. It has the wonderful Harmon Kardon stereo with CD changer, 5 speed Auto transmission, memory heated seats, sunroof, 4 wheel disc brakes. When I purchased it had approx 41,000 miles and then I set out to make sure all of the maintenance was up to date and then some. Complete trans fluid change over to synthetic fluid, brake fluid flush, power steering flush, air filter, fresh plugs, new xenon blubs, new tires, cabin AC filter, and new brakes. I also replaced most of the rubber vacuum lines with silicon ones. Synthetic oil and top tier filters have also been used. I also replaced the battery about a year ago with a upgraded AGM version (better live span in the FL heat). The exterior is also in excellent condition. The color is the rare and unique Ice Blue Metallic paint. There are some minor chips etc. On I just did a complete exterior detail using a three step process. ClayBar, Meguiar's Ultra finish polish and then sealed with Meguiar's Mirror glaze 2.0 sealer. These cars are the best bargain in the used market.

Seller makes no guarantee as to condition, mileage, year, model or any other circumstance regarding the automobile. Buyer acknowledges that the actual condition of the automobile may vary from any photographs, statements or representations made by Seller. Buyer represents that he/she had an opportunity to inspect the automobile prior to purchase and acknowledges that Seller has no responsibility for any defects or repairs, regardless of any representations (oral or otherwise) made by Seller. Furthermore, Buyer acknowledges that Seller will not provide a warranty of any type with regard to the automobile and, therefore, depending on the status of the manufacturers warranty, there may be no warranty of any type covering this automobile. 3. Purchase - Buyer is deemed to have purchased the automobile upon satisfaction of each of the following events: (1) Buyer and Seller have executed this Sales Agreement; (2) Seller has issued the registration (either Pennsylvania or in transit registration); (3) Buyer has executed the "Buyers Guide"; (4) Buyer has paid, in full, for the automobile; and, (5) Buyer has taken possession of the automobile. Buyer shall be deemed to have taken possession of the automobile, and therefore, any and all risks associated with possession, at the time the automobile is removed from Sellers premises, either by Buyer, Buyers agent or shipper (regardless or whether Seller arranged shipping on Buyers behalf). 4. Limited Warranty - THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WRITTEN OR ORAL, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SELLER HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND (WHETHER ARISING BY IMPLICATION OR BY OPERATION OF LAW). THIS SECTION SURVIVES THE TERMINATION OR CANCELLATION OF THIS SALES AGREEMENT. 5. Force Majeure - Seller shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance hereunder due in whole or in part to (i) acts of God, (ii) strikes, lockouts, or other labor disputes, (iii) civil commotion, sabotage, fire, flood, or explosion, (iv) acts of any governmental agency or authority, (v) unforeseen circumstances (vi) inability to obtain or delay in obtaining any necessary governmental approvals, permits or licenses, (vii) mechanical failure, (viii) or any other cause which is not within the reasonable control of Seller, whether or not of the kind specifically enumerated above. 7. Choice of Law, Jurisdiction & Venue - The transaction to which this document relates shall be governed by the substantive laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In the event of any dispute between the parties arising out of this transaction, the parties agree and consent that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for the resolution of such dispute shall be Pennsylvanias Court of Common Pleas, Montgomery County, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. 8. Notices - No notice or other communication is sufficient to affect any rights, remedies or obligations of either party unless the notice or communication is in writing and (as elected by the party giving the notice or communication) is (i) personally delivered, (ii) transmitted by facsimile (with a receipt acknowledgment), (iii) transmitted by electronic computer mail, (iv) transmitted by a recognized courier service or (v) mailed in registered or certified form, to the party to which notice or communication is being given. Notice shall be delivered to the address specified below. 9. General - In the event that any provision contained herein is held to be invalid or unlawful, such provision shall be severed from the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect. Thanks for Looking Ebayer! This vehicle is a great value and just needs some love and TLC to come back to it's former glory and be a great luxury Sedan. Vehicle does start most times, if the starter was replaced vehicle would be in good working order to drive. See above for general vehicle specifications however here in the body I will describe all of the points of improvement and what the features are of the vehicle. Aside from a new starter the vehicle will most likely need brakes soon and the ABS chip system may need to be refurbished. This can be either refurbished by taking out the original unit and sending away for refurbishment or this can be replaced by another working unit. At this time the ABS system is still working sparatically with occasional dash warning of it's failure. The vehicle can still be driven and braked without this chip but if it can be fixed would be an easier thing to correct on the vehicle. Aside from the starter and abs breaks we have no other engine issues. Vehicle is on it's 3rd engine so even though the body may be at 150k Miles the engine is only in the 80,000s. The Original owner purchased vehicle new in 2003 in Spokane, Wa at the Saab dealership and did not perform regular maintenance on the vehicle until the engine blew up in 2006 and required a full replacement. At this point the original owner traded vehicle to dealer and moved on to another vehicle. When current owner purchased vehicle from dealer in 2007 the vehicle was fitted with a brand new engine. Current owner purchased vehicle at 50,000 and that is when second engine was brand new. This engine ran until around 120k miles and due to a minor oil leak caused the engine block to crack and require a new engine. At the time of the second engine failure it was 2013 and saab's were recently bankrupt. The vehicle was in California at this point and a local bay area mechanic found a used engine in Sacramento, Ca with 50,000 miles and installed in the vehicle. For the last 30k miles the engine has run well. At this point with the 3rd engine it has 80,000 miles and the total body has 150k as listed in specifications. Outside of engine details the rest of the vehicle maintenance is as such:When current owner purchased vehicle in 2007 the car had no major issues. Due to a narrow garage in 2014 there is some minor white paint on the driver side door as evidenced in pictures. This can be easily rubbed out with a wet cloth and or sanded out and waxed. As mentioned above the driver side window is off it's track, if someone can open up the inside of the door and get back on track should be an easy fix. Front left tire is worn, all tires are still working and on original Saab rims. All seals and symbols are genuine of Saab. History:As Mentioned above current owner is the second owner and title is clean.
