Holy Smokes! This one comes with a story. It was purchased here on Ebay in April of 2015At that time is had 226,500 miles and had been parked in a Long Island backyard since 2013.It had been a NYC commuter, from Ronkonkoma, and had started giving its owner trouble. Long Island Expressway break downs. Yikes. It was listed here for parts only.It had two blown tires, and the donut spare tires were on it (see photos), along with one broken tail light taped in place. It had been stripped of emblems, bulbs and knobs in preparation for the junk yard. I had it towed to a garage nearby after winning the bid, and the mechanics checked it out for me.When I called they said "Dont buy this car"I asked why and they said," Its a wreck. It leaks oil, there isnt a body panel on it that doesnt have a ding or a scratch, its missing emblems and knobs and it appears its blowing oil from the turbo too. Its very tired. There was a vacuum hose loose too. When we put it back on, it started right up". I knew it. These cars are good. I bought this because it is my fifth Saab. Sometimes transmissions give out but thats about the worst you can say about them. They charged me $50. I drove it home the next day. Took the ferry from Port Jeff. Then home from Bridgeport CT. I put it on the road a few months later, in June of 2015. Theres a pic of it at the emissions test as part of registration (Danbury CT) It still had some type of vacuum clog problem. It would break down every 20 minutes of so. I understand why the owner was frustrated. But if I waited a few minutes or so, it would start again. Just like that. Im not sure what the issue was, but this car got over it. Or it realized that I was going to take it to task and not give up. I needed a cheap dependable car to use everyday. I tell you this because, in the year and a half I have driven this car, it has been to Florida three times. (and back)It now has 251, 500. Its been camping in Pennsylvania. Its hauled lumber . Its hauled auto parts from Albany NY. See the pics from winter Florida. By the water towers in North Carolina (maybe Virginia) Not sure. And one at the laundromat in Bloomfield CT! It hums right along on the highway. Not pretty. But functional. And dependable. It threw a belt recently though (Sept) And without it the battery doesnt charge. I havent used it since then. My usual garage doesnt want to work on it. My mechanic says that one of the oil leaks may be a culprit. I don't believe it, as I did change a belt previously but that one lasted a year, and he had said the same thing that time. I think they just don't like the idea that it keeps going.I replaced the alternator 13 months ago, in the Carolinas ( November 2015) too, the only sizable repair its had. I can say, with the exception of tires, oil, brake pads, wiper blades and a headlight bulb, this car owes me nothing.Once the belt it needs is replaced, ( its included) I wouldnt hesitate to drive it the 1300 miles down to Florida again. Through Ebay, I bought it one bid ahead of the junk yard. For $360. Aside from the mild maintenance items I spoke of, (the first belt and related tow) was $348, and the South Carolina alternator and tow on Thanksgiving eve $597. I have receipts for everything. I still consider this car a win with my 25,000 miles worth of driving. Im offering it in fixed-price style. This car is in a garage in West Hartford CT. Clean title. Tired Saab wagon. Sold as-is. It has a bit of white paint on the passenger side rear door now. A mild scrape with the garage trim. With a new belt and a bit of oil, I have no doubt it would spring to life. The A/C does not work. The heat and radio work well. It looks pretty in the photos. But its been used, and its had a long life. Its dirty. Its been a sturdy vehicle for me.Sold buy-it now, $559. Ebay charges me $60 when it sells, so there you have it. It will serve its next owner well. Its likely the ugliest car in the parking lot. But for a few dollars, its been a joy to own.

If you are looking at this ad, then you know that the AWD turbo 6's are getting very hard to find. They are also holding their values. This car is white and is one of the best colors for this design. This car has had nothing go wrong since I bought from new. I'm lucky to have a former SAAB dealer locally who still has done regular oil changes. To date this car has not even seen snow. Last year it was in a heated garage that I was not able to get at, because of the large snow pile in front of the door that didn't go away until the end of March. The only changes I have made are; carbon dash kit....just makes dash not look as stark, I also added dual exhaust tips to both sides and cut out appropriate slots in the rear bumper. Car has no door dings but has one very small stone chip above the rear door frame. exceptionally good condition. This car really is a pleasure to drive but I must sell as I'm working on a few older classics that need to be financed. We also have other 4 AWD cars, so not used as much as it should be. The car can be inspected at any time just contact me. I'm looking for Best offers as close to asking price..I know it's worth it.

I purchased this Saab certified pre-owned from a dealership in Massachusettes in 2007. I have been the only owner and driver since that purchase. The car has had regular oil changes no more than ever 6K miles running synthetic oil. The car has 214k on it for miles. Pretty nice shape overall for that many miles. Just one small rust area on the body just below the rear passenger door. Fog lights need to be replaced. Does have engine vibration. I'm told by my mechanic this is from the engine mounts/pads wearing over time. Car still moves on the highway! Vibration more prevalent when idling at a stop. If RPMs are brought up to >1K the vibration levels off. Right now the check engine light is on. Had it looked at and its an O2/vacuum sensor. I have resealed the hose that came undone. I suspect that was setting off the error code, but don't have a computer to clear the code and retry. Has a rear light failure message (one license plate is out). Brake light failure message comes up but we can't find any lights out on the brakes. Also has a theft protection system failure message come up. Not sure what that's all about. I've ignored it for years. Battery replaced 1 month ago. Clean and Clear Title in hand. Paint chips, scratches, and small things here and there (especially with low profile front end) that come with the age as expected with any car this age. With 214K miles on it, this car is being sold as is/where is and seller offers no guarantee as to the useful life beyond this point in time. Payment to be made with certified bank check. Car can be delivered within a 25mi. radius from zip code 06088. Outside that distance, arrangements for pick-up will be made by the buyer (either in person or through a third party service).

This is a local pick-up only. You can text or email me for details on the car and I will provide pictures upon request. Please feel free to set up a date and time to look at the vehicle. This car is turn key ready. It is my daily driver right now and is great on gas. It averages 30 mpg. The only reason for my getting rid of the car is that I just moved into a condo and I don't have the room for all of my vehicles and my truck is more important to me than the car. It has been well maintained and runs great. All it needs is shocks and struts. Other than that this car is great as a gas saver and if you have a family. The heated leather seats work great and will surely be missed as we approach the colder weather. There are four snow tires in the back of the car that will be included in the sale of the car. Any further questions feel free to ask.

Basically a car that will run but is not currently road worthy. The tires are poor, it has a slow drip leak of oil, needs suspension work. There is no body damage other than minor chips. I drove the car for the past 160,000 miles and just bought another Saab. The interior is in very good shape with no tears, rips in seats etc. There were only 2 owners This is a car meant for someone who knows Saabs and can make some repairs. Make me an offer !

Third owner (first 2 were father who transferred title to his son), this Saab has been very well maintained. Oil changed every 3K, the following items have been replaced: muffler, brakes, battery, valve cover gaskets, ABS module, starter, wheel bearings (front), Neutral Safety Switch, tires, rims, SID, (Saab Information Display), windshield wiper motor. Currently alarm is disabled, need battery replacement for siren module, new batteries included. Only have 1 key and no fob. Not a smart key. The 95 has a timing chain versus a belt and never needs replacement. Car is loaded with features, all work. One small hole in drivers side tail light. As mentioned, some rust in rear wheel wells by rear doors. Also comes with a set of 17 inch Saab custom rims and tires, 2 are fair, 2 poor. 16 inch rims on car are new as are the tires.Very safe, dependable car. Please email me if you would like to see additional pictures, especially imperfections.
